Resposta da Pizza United
Sir.
Thank you for your opinion.
We are glad that you are happy with the oven, and we are disappointed about the 3-star opinion only.
Sir, the oven is 100% made in Italy. Only one on the market can achieve more than 400C degrees and this is the best oven in its class on the market. Also, you knew the offer and you decided to order it.
We are very happy to have you in the Pizza United family.
We hope you will find out very quickly that this is the best quality oven on the UK market and it was worth ordering it. We hope you will change your opinion then.
All the best.

Never received the product for which I paid for. Scam.
I just received a response asking for me to have your group to personally contact me. Problem is there is nah way to respond from your message. This seems to be the only way to respond. Again, I NEVER received my product. What is the point of asking for a review when the product was never delivered.

THE CUSTOMER RECEIVED THE PARCEL BUT DIDN'T MENTION ABOUT IT HERE AND NEVER CONTACTED US TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION.
Dear Sir,
The parcel has been sent to you just after your order, Sir.
May we ask you to contact us directly, please? We can’t post anything here to explain the situation.
You never contacted us to discuss the delivery status or issue. We’ll help you with pleasure but we need to know about the situation. The delay sometimes happens and we know what to do, but we need to know about that.
As you can see from many 5-star opinions, we are very trustworthy company and we always deliver our products to our customers.
All the best.

Effeuno 134HA
I ordered an Effeuno pizza oven from Pizza United, and everything was perfect and well organised. The oven was delivered by Marcin, who’s the owner or one of the owner of the company I think. He was really helpful and nice. He helped me a lot.
The Effeuno is just awesome! I highly recommend the 134HA if you want to make Canotto style pizzas.
So, 10/10 Pizza United for the really great service.
If you want to get Effeuno ovens or some pizza making accessories, this is your place!
