Does what it says on the box!
I bought this because I was fed up with improperly cooked pizzas with soggy bases. I admit I haven't yet had time to make a 'proper' pizza from scratch with it (although of course I'm going to), and thus far have only used the oven to cook supermarket pizzas; but what can I say?--at last, a properly cooked pizza!

a refund
Unfortunately, the treatment is bad, and I do not recommend buying from ' United ovens ' I bought a small oven for pizza from them.
after that I discovered that the price was 20 £ more, so I decided to back away from the idea of buying "and I said to myself if I buy pizza every two days a month for two years, it will not reach the price of this oven" in addition. Also, the address sent was correct.
I kept in touch with someone of them by email named 'Marcin' and he protested against me and said that the address was not correct and I have an email, I do not know why he is insistent and stubborn, I admit that my only mistake is that I did not put the flat number that's all.
And I said, Oh my God, I will have to put lawyer to do a refund, because 'Marcin' said in one of his previous emails that if the 'parcel' does not reach you, it will be lost, he said that when I asked for a refund.
The refund period took about two weeks.
so for those who love pizza, I recommend going to the shops responsible for selling it instead of this website.
I can do it in my normal oven in my home but I want to do something special.
And whoever has a private house, I recommend building a well-made stone oven, that will be more affordable and better, and gives pizza a great taste.

Incidentally, It cost me to buy a pizza pan 170£

This is the original message to Mr Abdullah about the wrong address:

But we’ve checked, there are flats with numbers in xxxxxx Building. May we ask you to confirm your delivery address, please? The number of a flat, please. "
That's all that we've asked the customer. We are always checking the delivery address to avoid any disappointment and any loss of customers' goods. We've done the same in this situation.
The customer has provided the wrong delivery address and we've just asked for the correct address. That's all.
Just after ordering the oven, the customer cancelled the order. We've managed the situation with Parcel Force, we stopped the delivery because the parcel has been sent to the customer at the proper address, and we sent the refund immediately when the oven has been returned to us. We haven't waited for the delivery of the oven to the customer, we've managed the situation during the delivery process to help the customer with the return and to avoid additional time and cost for the return.
We've done everything that we can do and as fast as we could.
We are still trying to do our best for the customers and for everybody else who is asking us for help. Our customers are very happy customers.
