Excellent choice of items and good prices made even better with the Black Friday discount, confirmations and tracking updates by text which I found very convenient not searching through emails, my order came in good time even with the strikes and was beautifully packaged, each item was protected with bubble wrap and bare space filled for no movement. Top class professional shop 😊

Love the choice of gifts on here
Love the choice of gifts on here, they are unique and there is so much choice. The company answered my email the same day to. Had to wait about 2-3 weeks for delivery for my item as they got it from another supplier was the only problem I had, as I wasn’t told this until I checked out.

Thank you so much for the review, we appreciate that you've taken the time to leave us one. We hope that your Anne Stokes snow globe is well received. Please accept our apologies for the delay in delivery of your order, the item was an 'Available to Order' item. We don't stock these items and order them from our supplier as and when to keep our overheads lower, so our prices can be as low as possible. We're currently making changes to our website to make this as obvious as possible to customers prior to ordering so there's no hidden surprises. We're happy that you found our service and products so good, we look forward to you ordering with us again soon.
