Impressed with my experience
I was so impressed with my experience with Plant Circle from start to finish, I'll be ordering from them again! I ordered 1 XL ficus and 2 smaller plants and 2 months later they're thriving. The shipping was much faster than I expected (a couple days) and the packaging was careful and eco-friendly. I also found the care instructions on their website useful and found them responsive when I had a question on placement of a plant.

Strongly recommend
My plants were delivered quickly and in perfect state. I also purchased a couple vases which look beautiful in my house now. Couldn't recommend it more, will be purchasing again.

Excellent experience
Had a great experience ordering a plant for a friend through Plant Circle. I live in America but ordered a gift for a friend in Berlin. Process was seamless and shipping was quick. My friend received a gorgeous plant (even prettier than the picture!) in excellent condition. Would recommend!!

I was at the plant circle pop-up event in Berlin. The plants and the vases they’re selling are beautiful, and the owners, Cal and Bode, were very helpful and prepared. Keep up the good work 💪

Not happy.
1) Very long shipping time. Ordered from PLNTS.com the same day and that order arrived a week earlier.
2) The pilea was planted carelessly, a leaf was literally stuck under the plug when it was planted in a bigger pot. I tried to get it out but it's really stuck in there.
3) The string-of-pearls (both) had no balls left, and the bigger plants *all* had damaged leaves.
4) The smaller plugs (except the two string-of-pearls) were packaged well and in good condition.
Assessment: I'd expect the plants to be a bit banged up due to shipping but this was pretty bad. A lot worse than any other plant order I've ever made. I believe all except the two string-of-pearls will make it however. Still, will be choosing PLNTS.com from now on, unfortunately.

Tolle Pflanzen, Top Preis, schlechter Versand
Ich würde vier Sterne geben. Die Pflanzen sind alle in einem super Zustand und kamen unbeschädigt bei mir an. Den einen Stern habe ich wegen dem Versand abgezogen. Das Paket wurde Freitag verschickt. Ich war das Wochenende über nicht zuhause und DPD hat das Paket einfach vor meine Haustüre gestellt. Zum Glück hat mein Nachbar das gesehen und die Pakete gesichert, sonst hätten die Pflanzen bis Montag vor der Türe gestanden.
Ich hatte mich vor dem Versand bzgl. des Versandprozess informiert und sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Würde auf jeden Fall noch mal bei euch bestellen, aber vielleicht wäre es besser, den Versand über ein anderes Unternehmen abzuwickeln.

Habe zwar ein paar schlechte Bewertungen gesehen, aber trotzdem bestellt.
War alles super: Pflanzen wie beschrieben, Versand schnell, Verpackung 1A. Werde dort wieder bestellen.

je größer die Pflanzen, desto besser die Qualität
Die Auswahl ist sehr groß und die Preise sind sehr fair, die mittleren und größeren Pflanzen sind auch sehr schön angekommen, die sehr kleinen Pflanzen haben aber teilweise kaum Wurzeln und gehen direkt ein. Außerdem hat meine größere Auswahl an Pflanzen zu einer sehr langen Lieferzeit geführt, was zwar verständlich ist, aber es wäre schön, wenn einem das irgendwie gesagt wird, oder man sehen kann, welche Pflanzen vom selben Züchter kommen, dass man vielleicht die zusammen bestellt.
