I wish I'd read the other reviews before placing an order .
My order was cancelled due to delivery issues to Swansea ... nonsense.
Then it was changed to a management decision not to deliver to the area.... Rubbish.
This is the problem with on line services, promise the earth and deliver (or not in this case) absolutely nothing.

I had an excellent experience with Platezone from start to finish. The ordering process was simple, the website was easy to use, and there were plenty of options for creating a personalised licence plate exactly how I wanted it.

The quality of the finished plates is outstanding. The materials feel premium, the lettering is crisp and perfectly aligned, and the overall finish exceeded my expectations. Delivery was fast, and the plates arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.

Customer service was also first class. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and happy to answer my questions throughout the process.

Plates took a little longer than expected but when arrived I couldn’t fault them exactly what I asked for, tinted and 4mm laser cut plates and brilliant quality look amazing on my rs3 🙌

Don’t recommend at all ! I order 3d plate I put on the car on factory holes and I text him about the letters coming of and literally said the warranty doesent cover but I make holes ! What a joke ! What im suposted to do ? Use glue ? Pure joke this guy !

Do not touch this is a scam. I ordered plates with account number given to me then said he never received payment. My bank looked into this and said it’s definitely gone into their account. Still denial so small claims court pending. Very rude and aggressive on the phone and no customer service. Avoid at all costs there are lots of other reputable businesses doing number plates that won’t scam you.

I received my plates for Plate Zone and they are really nice bubble plates. Really good quality. I had mix feeling obviously for the other comments but they have really good Google reviews. So I took a chance because they have what I wanted. Glad I did though because I love them.

We ordered 2 sets of plates totalling over £70. Then heard absolutely nothing in regards emails/texts etc. When we enquired via the only phone number they have, which is a Whatsapp enquiry, we where asked to send our documentation, this was a week on. Surely this should have been asked for before taking payment. However, we sent all relevant proof and documentation, followed up with both 2 Whatsapp's, and an email to check these had been received and progress on our order - had zero response from all communication, judging by previous reviews we shouldn't have touched this company with a barge pole - but here we are - we sourced our plates from a local independent guy who managed to produce our plates within 24 hours. We are now submitting chargebacks through our bank as asking for our order to be cancelled and refunded has also been met by no response.

very dissapointed. The letter C is uneven and poorty made, it doesn t look clear at all. The overtall quality is not what i expectee. i told them that i would like to return and get the money back and i get nothing just sorry this is the product :))

I used them and by my mistake forgot to initially upload the entitlement images. They helped me sort it out and the next day I received my great looking plates. I will use them again this week for my wife's plates. Highly recommended them. Just remember to follow the 'simple!, upload documents section, before getting carried away and pressing order! DOH! My bad!

After previously leaving a poor but honest review from a set of bad plates, he got in touch. Doesn't forfill a refund and return policy so we eventually agreed on a replacement set of plates, if my review was removed. No new plates and no response after 10 days.
Do your research, this is a one man operation with a copy and paste return policy and no credibility.
Plenty of other good plate companies out there.

Ordered 2 sets of plates and did not hear anything. Chased them up using WhatsApp and was told they would check etc and left of read multiple times with no reply. Got a reply after I emailed them as it had been 2 weeks since the order was placed to which the response was ‘have you tracked it’ when there was no shipping updates. I chased them up today (16 days after ordering) and they finally sent a tracking number which shows they only posted them today. No apologies, no communication I can only hope the quality of the plates is worth the 2 week wait
