Excellent customer service from start to finish, even opened up on a Sunday so we could view the cars. Would highly recommend John & his team. The stock is well maintained & looked after, very happy with our purchase.

John at Platinum is an outstanding guy, I cannot praise him enough, he bent over backwards & sideways to make sure this deal worked when a finance company made mistake after mistake, john was constantly dealing with them and updating me all the way he and his staff even stayed after hours to make sure I got my vehicle ... Top Man thank you again john you are one of a kind and real pleasure to deal with .

Was welcomed by the team given ample time to look around the vehicle whilst John explained features we were offered a test drive and was given plenty of time to make our decision nothing was too much trouble for the team and when the vehicle was handed over it was immaculate the whole process was simple and fun I would not hesitate to recommend this business to friends and family

Recently bought a car from platinum
Recently bought a car from platinum. John was very helpful even when i hadnt called ahead and turned up without an appointment. The car was exactly as desrcibed and photographed if not in better condition than shown. I had a small issue with the car a few weeks later and john was only a phone call away to get it rectified, even with it being so close to chirstmas they got my car in and out and in no time even offering a courtesy car for the duration my car was in, john kept in constant contact keeping me updated. Excellent service I would definitely buy again and recommend to other people.

Excellent Car Buying Experience!
John is a great, professional salesman and gives wonderful customer service!
I saw the car I liked online and, after chatting to John, bought the car unseen (as we live 187 miles away) and he arranged delivery.
There have been a couple of niggles with the car but they have been sorted swiftly and amicably.
A truly enjoyable car buying experience:)
