Professional perfect service
I was struggling getting a car being lied to by different garages I then stumbled upon this garage which were completely the opposite honest to the core helpful and very kind, in fact, I think it’s the easiest I’ve ever bought a car John who was very professional went above and beyond and completely out of his way filled in all the forms for me as I struggled the experience Was Lovely they even picked me up after I dropped the car back to enterprise they literally couldn’t have done more. They bent over backwards to make my experience a pleasurable one they are professional they are honest their experienced. I love my new car. I love how easy they made it. I highly recommend this garage. I will certainly be buying all my cars from here in the future.

STAY WELL CLEAR......
Con artists stay well clear if you value your hard earned money because this company will rip you off. I brought a car off these and the clutch was slipping contacted them numerous times and was told there mechanic will be in touch and guess what 3 months later and no call back it cost me £1200 on top off the £10,000 I paid for the car. They will promise you the earth when your buying but as soon as you hand the cash over they don't want to know. Also be careful if your having the car delivered as they charge you £175 for the privilege of some young girl to drive your car to you hence why the clutch was probably slipping. Buy from these at your own RISK.
Obviously you don't listen, I only found out the clutch was slipping when I went to overtake a car on the motorway. I ain't a boy racer, so on normal roads at 30 and 40mph the clutch was fine. Now if your mechanics know anything about cars they will tell you Clutches start slipping in the top gears not low gears. They slipping in low gears when they clutch knackered, and as for the bribe your talking out your backside you asked me where do we go from here as you weren't happy with the review. I said how about a good will gesture and I'll remove the review. I never mentions how much. but it's taken you two weeks to think this up. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Hi John, you purchased your astra vxr from us on 13th april. This review is the first correspondence we have had from you since then, some 6 months later, we are only a phone call away, its not our fault that you didnt contact us regarding your slipping clutch which you have now told us that it didnt start slipping until the end of july, so clearly the delivery driver was not to blame for this!
Also being sexist and blaming the delivery driver for the clutch because she is a girl is disgusting, i bet your wife or daughter would be proud of you if they read this.
We have 3 qualified mechanics and our own workshops so if you had picked up the phone to us we would have said by all means bring it back to us to inspect and repair if needed with no cost to yourself. You also tried to bribe me for £250 if you were to remove the review when i called you to discuss why you had left us a 1 star.
I believe in honesty and i would rather consumers see this review and my reply and then judge for themselves.
All of our other 5 star reviews dont lie and paint a complete different picture.
I have also contacted evolution finance who funded the car for you and they have confirmed that you have not contacted them to raise a complaint regarding a slipping clutch. Which is normally a first resort for a customer with a car on finance.
So, you didnt contact us, you didnt contact the finance company, yet you expect us to know that there was an issue with the vehicle without having any knowledge of it. We cant fix something if we dont know about it.

Bought a jaguar xe
Bought a jaguar xe. Showroom people were very helpful. The pictures did not do it justice, as it was immaculate inside and out. Had a small issue with car, there were very accommodating with sorting it out, evan supplied courtesy car, due to having to trail 1.5 hrs to get there. Great service and would definatly buy again from them and recommend to other people.

this company may look good and professional on there website but please be aware we can all create a fancy website and say right things,my poor dad bought a van and it’s been nothing but constant running problems and now going to need a whole new engine which is a total joke when you spend 17k,they just throw vans together after buying auction site’s,stick on bodykits on and respray them and sell them for massive profit knowing they aren’t running well or have huge problems,they may look good on website,the resprays are actually terrible close up 2 so not high quality as advertised at all,nothings high quality.
these vans will give you nothing but total headache and high costs after purchase,so please please listen and avoid,my poor dad bought this with retirement money to make a little camper but he hasn’t been sleeping since buying from this company as he’s now got thousands to spend to get a van that’s even remotely drivable let alone have money left after new engine costs to make it a camper now 🥲
Such a shame people are still allowed to work this way,will be reporting them to all authorities!!!

Hi, your dad purchased a van from ourselves and it drove over 600 mile from wales to aberdeen without fault, this is the first time we have heard that the vehicle had a mechanical issue, surely if there was an issue you would have contacted ourselves to try and resolve the issue for you.

A1 warranty thats no good
False advertising and dodgy MOTs put on Vans.
The owner is a complete liar and a conman.

Jeff! you can edit the review all you want, the fact of the matter is you tried to fraud us and the judge saw right through your lies and your character spoke volumes.
