Platinum Chemicals Ltd Opiniões

Had a problem with dampproof, contacted Platinum late afternoon and the product was dispatched along with the equipment to use it the next day.

I had just discovered a problem with woodworm in/on a really small item of furniture and was lucky enough to contact Platinum Chemicals to ask about a suitable product to apply.

The person who answered my call and the technician/engineer who listened to my query are both courteous and competent. I was advised as to the item I needed, a modest quantity, not being coaxed into a more expensive and larger one and I placed the order.

This was in the afternoon, and I was stunned to take delivery of it early the next morning.

What incredible service!

Take a bow, Platinum Chemicals.

The furniture was treated with the solution the same day, to my great relief as I know I caught the infestation in time before it had the chance to spread to the rest of my home.

I’m also impressed with your choice of delivery company (see the separate review done on Trustpilot for it). New to me, and way better than the usual companies I’ve had to deal with in the past.

After hearing nothing for 5 days after ordering, I asked for an update. Apparently, as my order was being processed, they noticed the sell by date was out. New stock was expected very soon.
Today, 12 days from the order, with no delivery date in sight, I cancelled my order.

speedy dispatch

Always a pleasure doing business with this firm, I've been in the trade for 20 years and have used them for years, they are honest, helpful and always there on the end of the phone when you need advice.

Bought Soudal Butyrub for a car project, delivered on time at a great price and did the job perfectly

Haven't used the product yet, however, it arrived promptly and was packaged well.

Great service.

I was after a few tubes of grab adhesive for PVC panelling. I looked online and all my local building suppliers were massively more expensive than Plantinum Chemicals. It was worth buying 3 with postage which was also reasonable rather than shop local at the big named stores. Definitely will use them again.

Excellent company run by knowledgeable people

Excellent service

Good prices prompt delivery

I spoke to a very helpful person who advised what I needed for deathwatch and how to apply the Lignum. It doesn’t smell or drip. I only had a small lintel to apply it to which may have had deathwatch in the past.

Top company, used them a couple of times.Helpful and reliable, good products next day delivery what more could you ask for. Would definitely recommend

Second time this year using Platinum for clients damproofing. Product works well and creates a DPC over the following months. Placed the order online the afternoon before to arrive on my doorstep via courier first thing the following morning, with courier time updates also. Top company delivering what you need hassle free.

Great purchasing and delivery experience. Haven’t had chance to use the external sealant yet

Good pricing and quality products. Very prompt replacement of an item damage in transit.

Purchased some woodguard woodworm solution.
Easy to order and delivered quickly
Highly recommended.

Social freeze spray very effective.
The APC company used for delivery was slower than expected, and did not follow 'safe place' instruction.

Price was good. Item arrived quickly. All good. Recommended
