All good - easy to order - swift delivery well packed - what's more to ask!

Not to be confused with other Platinums. Im in Brecon, and use Platinum Chemicals in Scotland. Great folks, very knowledgeable. Plus you know the stuff you get is from the manufacturer. No doubt you can get cheaper on ebay and amazon, but where the hell does it come from, as in fake. With these boys its the genuine product. My orders turn up next day. Well done lads.

As I have a small condensation problem I looked for the best method of getting rid of it. The research lead me to the Nuaire ECO-HEAT-HCS system.
The price is pretty much the same from wherever it’s purchased from, however the reviews lead me to Platinum Chemicals, located in Scotland.
I ordered from them on the 19th November and it was delivered on the 20th. If only ALL retailers could be this efficient.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Helpful staff, recommended an excellent product for a mould problem at one of my rental properties. Worked really well!

I have several happy buying with this reputable and efficiency great service.
Highly recommend, avoid another similar name crap company.

I wholeheartedly recommend Platinum Building Chemicals Ltd. Their knowledge and experience in the industry are invaluable, and the range of products they offer to combat dampness problems and other building defects is truly impressive. I particularly appreciate their products such as damp-proofing membranes, damp-proofing creams, water repellents, as well as solutions for controlling and eliminating wood pests and mould.

However, what surprised and convinced me the most about this company is their flexibility and customer care. Despite exceeding the standard product return period, they agreed to accept the return due to my loyalty. This experience showed me that Platinum Building Chemicals Ltd really cares about their customers and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction.

Each order is processed quickly, and the delivered products are of the highest quality. Additionally, detailed technical information and product data sheets are included, which is very helpful. I will definitely continue to work with Platinum Building Chemicals Ltd and recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable solutions to damp and mould problems

The best customer service over the phone.

They are so nice to speak to and super helpful. I spoke to a gentleman and a lady and both were super helpful with my questions. I felt compelled to write a review...

I am writing a second review for Platinum Chemicals due to their great customer service. As I have written in my first review I had ordered a Nuaire PIV unit which was replaced due to a broken clip. Unfortunately the second unit I received developed a fault and I contacted Robert and explained the problem. I was asked to send in a video of the problem (which I did) and Robert sent the info to Nuaire and they agreed to replace the second unit and it arrived the next day. Due to bad past experiences with other companies who made me feel like a nuisance, I was dreading contacting Robert again when the second unit developed a fault. I needn't have worried as once again Robert was great and excepted my explanation and dealt with the issue in a professional and friendly manner. as i have said in my past review I cannot recommend Platinum Chemicals highly enough. Keep up the good work Robert as that's how you get customers back and how you get recommended to others.
