Bought an invacare tdx sp2. The communication through out was fabulous, The chair arrived looking like new, it was refurbished to a very high standard. It was clean and fully operational upon arrival. Minimum assembly needed and delivery was really fast. Will be using for all future chairs as the service was top notch.

Well organised website. Ability to search for the power chair I was looking for. Received follow-up call to my attempt to query something by phone, even though I had not left a message! I subsequently placed an order. Date for engineer delivery of chair was agreed for 2 weeks later, to suit my domestic circumstances. I'm looking forward to its arrival.

I would give 10 stars if I could. They saved me when I needed help the most! I got a second-hand chair (unfortunately not from these great people), had no idea what I was doing with it, and it broke the same day I got it. I posted a question on social media, and Rachel and Ben came to my rescue. They saved me a lot of money, which I don't have either! I won't be going anywhere else now, and I will be 1000% recommend them. Thank you again 😊

Excellent, powerchair purchased 2 weeks ago fast delivery but small problem found. Telephoned Ben and he had the chair back and sorted the problem very quickly, it’s now perfect. I definitely recommend Platinum Mobility for their excellent service, customer care and very competitive priced products. I would definitely return in the future.

Excellent friendly customer service before placing the order. I opted to have my chosen wheelchair delivered by an engineer who could make any necessary adjustments to the ‘fit’ of the wheelchair. The delivery was arranged for the following week. The engineer was on time and extremely thorough and helpful. I will definitely go to Platinum Mobility first next time I need to change my wheelchair.

This is totally honest review I’ve had ms for 10 years now and bought electric wheelchairs & Scooters from various companies they were crap but then I found Platinum Mobility on eBay and have bought 3 electric wheelchairs 1 for my mam, A Quantum 4front 2 for going off road and a Q300m with 14” wheels which I take my black labs out for walks 5 times a day. Platinum Wheelchairs are immaculate honestly plus their Aftercare service is second to none. Emma & Ben go out of their way to help you. This is the truth I would 100% recommend Platinum to everyone that needs a good wheelchair or scooter there prices are amazing considering that one of mine brand new would cost about £12,000 and bought off them for £1900. You will not find a better company out there believe me I’ve been conned by a lot of them. So keep your money and look at eBay for platinum or just go and visit them you will not find a better company. Michael

I found Platinum Mobility through a social media advert when I needed my first motorised wheelchair. Ben was extremely helpful, taking the time to understand what I needed and guiding me towards a rise and tilt wheelchair. Delivery by Jason was excellent. There was a small issue with the original wheelchair, but it was resolved quickly with a replacement delivered the following week. Great service throughout — I would definitely recommend Platinum Mobility.
