Excellent. The whole team at Platinum Mobility are first rate. They are kind, have integrity and are really there to help. I cannot fault the way we were handled. Even though I had to return the piece of equipment, it was nobody’s fault, it just didn't work for my son. They were patient and helpful throughout. I would give them 10 stars if I could. This is my 3rd chair from this wonderful company nothing is to much trouble communication is fantastic from buying the chair till the delivery and after should you need to speak to anyone .I would 100% recommend this Company to any one needing any mobilty items .Thank you for all you have done for me my new Chair is fantastic would expect any thing less .

Fantastic company with great customer service. We just bought a quantum 4front 2 for my partner and she loves it. It arrived on time and in fantastic condition. Unfortunately the seat tilt function wasn’t working but they were excellent and we got the joystick programmed for the seat tilt in no time. Absolute please to deal with and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Being housebound, I wanted to get out and about so I wanted a power wheelchair that could cope with rough ground, grass and gravel pathways, something my present wheelchair could not do.
Not being able to afford a brand new chair, I came across Platinum Mobility who sell reconditioned wheelchairs. I purchased a SUNRISE QUICKIE Q500 M 6MPH ELECTRIC RISE MOBILITY POWERCHAIR WHEELCHAIR 906. It arrived within a few days and I could not be happier. Despite being 3 years old, it was in excellent condition. A couple of questions were quickly answered by the team at Platinum who were most polite and helpful.
I would highly recommend this company for mobility needs.

From ordering to delivery everything went as smoothly as possible. The chair is in great condition and looking forward to using it.
Delivery driver was brilliant, he waited until a funeral that was outside our house to leave before he unloaded. couldn't find any fault with Platinum Mobility or its delivery company. Highly recommend

Easy to order and got exactly what was advertised for my hubby. Had it delivered by pallet very nice helpful delivery drive. Only sight thing is a delivery date or tracking would have been helpful in advance if I’m doing really picky. Chair seams great so far around house and garden yet to take it out and about. But can’t fault the services and will be ordering my next chair from them too

Wow, what incredible service after being messed about for almost a month by another dealer.
The amazing Ben, sorted out everything for me even though he knew I had to wait for my funds to come through , he listened and acted immediately and solved my mobility problem . Delivered by the wonderful Jason was just as efficient and unders.
I would honestly not recommend anyone else. Platinum Mobility are considerate, empathetic and efficient in sorting things out.

Recently bought really good value reconditioned powerchair and scooter. Great small company run by pleasant, helpful people, Highly recommend.

Platinum Mobility are without doubt an amazing company to purchase from, over the last 2 years my wife has had 3 power wheelchairs, and on Friday 9th of May I was looking at there stock and they had a Q300r that was only 5 months old, so I was on the phone Saturday morning to ask questions, Ben was absolutely fantastic and answered all my questions and so the deal was done. We wanted some bigger front castor wheels on it and bigger batteries, again this was no problem at all, it was delivered on Monday the 12th as an engineer was coming to our area. The guy that brought it over was very pleasant and went through all the paperwork, the Q300r is truly an amazing powerchair and at a fantastic price. We would definitely highly recommend Platinum Mobility to anyone looking for something for there mobility needs. The range of stock they hold is very impressive and they will happily make any adjustments to make it comfortable for the user.
We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Hi, my name is Steve, AKA Stevie Baby... My new Sunrise Quickie Q500M was delivered into my lounge today by Jason who works for Platinum Mobility. So from the beginning I searched for a newish 6 wheel all singing wheelchair that I could afford, I put the details into a search engine, and Platinum were one of the top searches, so I looked around their website with great interest, I had looked in many other sites, but found nothing within my budget! Platinum have many different types of chairs and disability aids. I finally found just what I was looking for and got very excited because I couldn't believe it was actually real! So I rang their number and spoke to Rachel, she was brilliant, she, Rachel answered every question I bombarded her with? There were lots of questions. After maybe 10 to 15 minutes, I was satisfied and I bought it there and then. Even after that I emailed Rachel every time I thought of a question I needed to know, nothing was a problem for her. So a few day later, my chair was brought into my lounge, then Jason, being the nice guy who brought it was also the engineer that will fix it if the need should arise. He, Jason showed me all the controls and went over many of the features until I was satisfied. I can't praise Platinum Mobility enough! My ONLY complaint is... I wish I would have found them 26 years ago when I had my accident! I don't know why it took me so long to find them??? I'm a very happy bunny right now... A genuinely commited company who go out of their way to match customer needs to their products. It makes economic sense to buy a used electric wheelchair rather than a costly new model. Platinum Mobility confirm this philosophy by selling extremely competitively priced chairs and other mobility products in "as new"and refurbished condition. The gold plating is their genuinely supportive and caring sales team. Purchased a chair today for a highly specialised needs relative. Could not have found a better deal or company to work with.

Once again, I had the incredible pleasure of using the services of this company.

There are no words that I could use to describe how pleased I am with the work and the effort of the advice from all this altruism. The level of knowledge, the level of technical advice, and the extraordinary understanding of the client's needs are beyond my state of mind.
