A really responsive and professional team from first contact through to payment (the day after the in-person playtest was completed). I was pleased to play a game and provide feedback under their calm supervision. I have signed up to their playtest mailing list in hope of returning!

This was my second playtest and it ran just as smoothly as the first. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and every aspect was straight forward, allowing you to play the game as you wish (for the most part) with only occasional breaks for surveys. Payment came the same day and was at a very good rate for a morning of playing video games. If you have a flexible schedule I can't recommend enough.

I've participated in two different games playtests both have gone great and was paid promptly each time. Player Research and their team are kind, friendly and professional in all our interactions. I continually apply for their play tests and love participating.

Great communication from first application right through to payment. Everyone here is very friendly and pays high attention to detail during play testing. Being paid to play games when you love games, well I couldn't ask for anymore.

I have been applying for various gaming test sessions for a while and was very happy finally to get a place together with my partner.
Staff were very friendly and explained the whole process in detail. We played a game and were asked to provide some feedback - a mix between your own and questions from the developers and the team. There were no feelings of pressure and everyone was very polite and happy to listen to us. The whole process was smooth and professional, payment arrived on the same day as well. Definitely looking forward to another experience with Player Research:)

What a fantastic experience for my child. The entire team were so welcoming & kind, we were both put at ease immediately. Everything was thoroughly explained to me throughout the entire process (from invite, to phone call, confirmation emails to actually attending) & I think Amy was able to reiterate to the children in such an easy-to-understand manner gameplay, any help needed who to ask, what was expected once they completed etc. My daughter can't wait to apply for future games & they truly pay to play games!!

Such an amazing team at the player research labs and who doesn’t love to be paid playing games. I’d always recommend signing up to a game test that sounds like something you’d like because what I tested today was great and such a fun experience.

Absolutely lovely team working here. Been fortunate enough to playtest for them several times now and each time has been a delight. Laid back but very professional, super friendly and always have a smile on their faces ready to help you out with any questions or queries. Would recommend to anyone interested in playtesting or needing some supplemental income.

First time doing any game testing, remotely as well so in the comfort of my own home. The team were professional and enthusiastic and clearly cared about what they were doing. i'm not usually one for video calls or phone calls but they made me feel super comfortable and easy to talk to with just how engaged in their job they are. I've always played games, both normal and VR. so what's not to like about getting paid to play something new and see how things are done early on in the development of the games and potentially helping the developers with your feedback. they were very swift with the payment also, just wish I lived closer to be able to do more playtests at their headquaters :(
