Outstanding 5* Service

Bumped into Players Watches whilst at a private function on Saturday. Found a Rolex that I really liked and we struck a deal late afternoon Saturday. The only issue being the strap was too big for me and needed changing before I could have it. These guys are based in Cardiff and I'm 200 miles away on the Wirral but by 11am Monday the watch had been hand delivered. I received the invoice and pictures of the watch Sunday and Ryan said he would make the 430 mile round trip himself.... What a service!
The 3 gentlemen I met on the day were all very knowledgeable and I will definitely head to them first when next expanding my collection. Truly was a 5* service

Outstanding service

I couldn't recommend these guys enough! outstanding service! I contacted them directly about a watch that I wanted. They sourced the watch within 24 hours and shipped it to my home address the following day. Great communication throughout the whole process.

Excellent Service

Excellent Service, fair price & same day payment

Needed to sell some older watches from my collection in order to purchase a new watch at an AD, Aaron was excellent to deal with gave me a fair price for some older watches.

Payment was in my bank instantly allowing me to purchase the new watch the next day.
