I have been using their service for year and a half and it worked great, but now service just stopped working and now I can only get one email every 12-24 hours and none of the emails fix my service! I would have highly recommended this before and now starting to question!

Have been a loyal customer of Playmo TV for a few years and for the most part have been OK with there service until now, my recent problem was not dealt with dispite many emails and the customer service I received was very bad so I had no option but to change to another company that gives a service and there are many. I cannot recomend Playmo TV anymore furthermore they have not refunded me for the service not received, but that is most probably covered in their terms and conditions!!

This particular user was trying to utilize a special offer available as a monthly subscription, when the user had some existing time left on a longer service plan. The end result of this transaction was a refund of a payment. It's worth noting that this payment was refunded on August 19, 3 days before this review.
We try to answer all customer feedback within 24 hours. Furthermore, we equally support new users that are trying to join our service as those trying to cancel.
After using various other DNS proxies and running into issues with downtime and services not working I've stuck with Playmo. Been using Playmo.tv for 2 years now and the service works well with minimal downtime.

Excelente, I've used it for 8 years and no problem, do your homework before you choose a service, get the facts, view other options, compare. That should work and you’ll know what your getting and if it’s something for you.
I subscribed to this service thinking it was like Netflix and didn’t understand the real use of Playmo. I requested for a refund as I didn’t have any use for it and Mr. Josh responded instantly and right away refunded the money. Great, quick customer service.
Don't play, scam. I applied for 100% bonus and 150 free spins. Invested 90 euros.... For them to never be seen again

It sounds like this review was meant for a different service, as we're not operating an online casino or game of any kind.
Easy to use service, with customer service which will email you back quickly when you have an issue. I've used on and off over the course of several years and never had an issue that i haven't caused through my own tinkering! (they always bail me out!)
I signed up for the free 7 days trial and it automatically still charged me the full price on the first day. I am trying to cancel my subscription because i don’t want to use this service anymore and comes to find out that there’s no option to cancel it. Do i need to call my bank to cancel it? I’m so confused.

playmoTV offers all users a free 7-day trial, and during the trial period we don't ask for any payment information. However, we don't deny payment when users seek to purchase a subscription to our service.
We have been in touch with Cheridene and canceled the subscription. We have no desire to receive payment from people that don't wish to use our service.
probably the worst costumer service, EVER. Tried to get this “Josh” guy from the customer service department to cancel my account and after 5 emails, which he’s opened, he has not canceled my account, or responded. I basically getting scammed every month to pay their fee for something I’m not using...

At playmoTV we pride ourselves of offering good customer support, for users trying to sign up, active users and also those canceling our service.
Anik contacted us using an email address not linked to the account and asked us to cancel a subscription. We answered Anik 15 minutes after her initial email asking what email she used to sign up for our service, as we didn't find it in our system.
Upon receiving her second reply, we gave the user instructions on how to cancel the account, as we don't cancel subscriptions without consideration if the request comes from a different email address, as that would be cause for funny pranks and other instances of abuse.
One day later, 36 hours after initial contact, the subscription was canceled after careful consideration.
Easy-to-use works everywhere I travel. Best of all I get it in HD. Thank you so much you guys!
