I would like to share my experience with the lack of response from the support team and the buggy operation of the app. My problem was that a specific feature of the app, the cron process, was not working as expected. This was a technical issue, beyond my control and had been going on for months. I created a support ticket to explain the situation in detail. Unfortunately, my ticket went unanswered for several days. Although I sent additional messages to inquire about the situation, I did not receive any feedback. This experience demonstrates the importance of communication in the customer service process and that responses to customer feedback have a huge impact on customer satisfaction. To resolve the issue, I believe that the support team should respond to customer requests more quickly and effectively and focus on resolving technical issues. My recommendations include improving communication channels and reviewing technical support processes to prevent such situations from recurring in the future. My aim is to raise awareness of the problems I have experienced and contribute to the improvement of service quality.

Simply put, we love Ploi. It's an incredibly simple to use platform. Development is active and new features are implemented regularly. The amount of time it saves us for the price it costs makes it worthwhile for anyone deploying and maintaining cloud workloads.

Very easy to setup and use, very fair pricing. There are some small features/fixes i would wish it had by default (for example configuring the UFW SSH not to allow all ip addresses by default, only the ploi ones) but overall a solid and easy to use solution. Can recommend!

Working for couple of years now with Ploi and still very happy with it.
Several servers are provisioned through Ploi and management is easy. No need for alot of knowledge to setup and easy with a few clicks.

Update: I no longer recommend this service to anyone. The tech stack is good but the developer is pretty rude and have poor attitude. they have removed the support for basic plan mentioning how poeple reach related to minor issues like SSL costing their time. previously i changed the plan to Pro get the support related to WordPress and w3 total cache nginx .conf file only get to know that they have disabled everything to reach untill Jan 15. i again raised the support to have native Cache plugin support got ignored. The developer feels doing a favor offering lower tier pricing. like pay and use it, just don't come asking for stupid support questions. The backup feature is also not on basic plan so no use of having 5 servers when you can't even use one with backup. i am moving to alternatives.

Great system, efficient and saving lots of time, love it most of the time. Sad attitude when it comes to support. We have been using Ploi for a few years now without many major issues. We found 2 obvious bugs in the past 2 days, one of them crashed the whole server twice because the "alias" feature blindly messes with the whole nginx configuration. When I wrote to support using the dedicated support feature in my account, with detailed explanation of what went wrong, their reply was "As displayed on the support creation screen, we do not process these via the support platform but rather via our public roadmap.". I'm sorry but when I give a detailed report about an obvious bug that I encountered in a system, that crashed the server twice and required us to re-write nginx configuration files, being asked to please create an account in an other support system and start again is not the expected professional answer.
