Great atmosphere, very well organised, amazing food.
My grandaughter came yesterday, 6th January 2025, for a 1 2 1.. she was with Kaleb (?) for 3 hours and absolutely loved every minute.. so did we! The vibe in main hall was amazing all day long.. the staff were attentive and helpful - it was clear the kids loved them and they loved the kids! A huge shout out to the entertainment staff who kept them all dancing all day, walking around and pulling kids into the fun.
I love the diversity of your entertainment staff, I feel it passes on valuable lessons when having fun for boys and girls alike.
The food is great, the drinks perfect for the venue. Shopping is plentiful..
Well done!! I'd hands down recommend this for any childs birthday treat..
Declan and Annie was amazing! Brought my daughter for the lunch with santa, she’s had the best day! ♥️♥️
Wonderful time at the p Louise would definitely recommend Evie very helpful and chatty. Thanks again
Paige please see this!!!!!!!
My daughter saved all year to put me on the pro course, last Friday she enrolled me! She spoke to Luke who couldn't have been more helpful, he talked her through everything, helped with some of the admin and genuinely took time to help her (she is dyslexic so can struggle at times). I can't thankyou enough fir treating her with such dignity and care. Now for the lovely Hannah, I've had a few conversations since joining and again absolutely beautiful customer service, she couldn't have done more to answer my daft questions. Paige I know you have a bonus scheme please can I nominate these guys for consideration?
Thankyou both for starting my PLOUISE journey on such a positive note I can't wait to dive in!
