I bought 2 of these,1pink & 1 white,the
Pink one stopped working after only a few uses & now the white one is playing up too & will probably stop altogether soon if the other one is anything to go by,I've emailed the company regarding these issues & ive had no response so far ! This is the 1st negative review I have ever left for any product I have bought online,that's how strongly I would advise any potential buyer to stay well clear of this product & company ! I ordered the phone charger case for my iPhone 12 mini, it took ages to arrive and only actually worked once when I stuck it to the back of the case. It works if you plug the cable into it but not how it was advertised. I can’t even be bothered to send it back as the customer service is terrible.

Geen contact mogelijk met de klantenservice nadat je iets hebt gekocht en het werkt niet! Al meerdere mails gestuurd. Uitleg over de powerbank zit er ook niet bij. Enorm teleurstellend.

Very bad, avoid!

I placed an order, and received a tracking number. Today I received a message saying the product had been delivered, so I hopped onto the tracking site. Suspiciously, I then shortly after received a phishing parcel tracking scam sms.

I tried to contact the site in various ways and got nowhere, except the last attempt I was given a link to join a tech support site, for a low price, today only and I could cancel at any time!

Absolute scam, avoid!

Shocking!
Automated reply every time from 'Emma' saying it is with the carrier.
No actual conversation had - but quick enough to take the money.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - annoying that you cannot warn others.

Took a long time to arrive which ok yes it did state 10 day delivery but when it finally arrived the wireless charger didn’t even work. I tried it on my iPhone 11 and my sons brand new iPhone 15 and it wouldn’t charge either phone. Absolute waste of money and now fighting to get it returned which isn’t happening as they won’t reply to emails. Might end up having to try and get money back through my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bought on 24th January and Emma from customer services told me my order was delivered 27th January. No sign of it and when I asked for proof of delivery they stopped replying. I claimed it back through my bank and now out of the blue she has contacted me again saying it was delivered 19th February and asking me to review it.
Almost a month later nothing recieved, don’t buy from these scammers.

Horrific. Bought this on 2nd Feb and have heard nothing since. Evri picked up the parcel on the 3rd and nothing has updated since

I have emailed them 3 times and no replies. Nothing

Outrageous service!!

Absolutely terrible took over two months to arive and customer service is horrendous DO NOT BUY THIS.

Items were never dispatched, contacted them 5 different times and was lied to twice being told items were dispatched - however the website never stated this and was never given tracking numbers despite asking multiple times.

Stopped replying after 3 weeks and the 4th email, now currently trying to claim back the money. An awful company - never buy from them.

Don’t waste your money. Powerbank has a short battery life barely charges my phone, the earphones are poor quality and also have a terrible battery life. The gps tracker doesn’t even work. Save up and buy better quality

Wat een waardeloos bedrijf! Koop er niet, je wordt opgelicht. Heb artikel voor 50 euro gekocht en nooit ontvangen. Je wordt per mail aan het lijntje gehouden. Ze geven aan dat ik het artikel niet heb opgehaald, maar ik heb het nooit ontvangen. Ik had eerder op Trustpilot moeten kijken, dan wist ik dat ik hier niets had moeten kopen …

Artikel gekocht en nooit ontvangen. 50€ kwijt, bij het aanschrijven zeiden ze dat het geleverd was en we niet thuis waren en daarna niet ben gaan ophalen. Ze zijn nooit aan de deur geweest en bij nazicht van track en trace, heeft het artikel China niet verlaten. Ze antwoorden op mails maar houden u aan het lijntje. Je geld ben je kwijt.

I purchased a wireless powerbank at plugstore and it took nearly 2 weeks to receive my order. Part of the deal were a set of earpods, an iphone cover and a gps tracker. The wireless powerbank seems to work, as well as the earpods. The earpods are toyish and the sound is bad but they do work. I didn't get the gps tracker to work because to be able to use it you need to install an app which requires a lot more acces to your phone then necessary in my opinion, so i deleted it right away. Overall, it was a bad buy for me since i spend 50 euro's for these products

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CONMEN. Ordered early Nov and received wrong iPhone case and no tag. Too many emails to mention and still waiting for things to be sorted. It is now 12/01/24.
Emma from their customer services deserves a special mention for the expert way she thanks you for your patience as she blames the carrier for the delivery delays then stops replying to emails. Cheers Emma…… I hope you get all that is due to you.

If I could give minus 5 stars then I would. Order was placed 17th Nov. Still not received (4th Jan) each time same excuse its with the carrier. I've asked numerous times for a refund but the response I get is its with the carrier few more days.
AVOID at all costs

Delivery took weeks! Asked for a refund via email & all they kept saying was wait for it to turn up! The products turned up in the end, but the head phones are shocking! Really crackly, and charger seems to work but not sure if it will actually charge my phone up or just keep at the same %! Overall! Avoid this company!
