Absolute sham of a company , ordered 8 weeks ago and still hasn’t turned up . Asked for money back at least 6 times and they just ignore request . Do NOT BUY FROM THESE !!! Ignorant and useless customer services

Do not use this company. The order we received was the wrong quantity and the wrong product. The company didn’t respond to any of our contacts and our attempts to return the items have been ignored including us paying to return to the address on the website and the products being returned to us a month later. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Guys do not use these guys at all.Its been 3 weeks since i ordered from them amd i havent received anything yet. Is there a way we can get them shut , they seem like scammers.

The delivery address & the phone case I want have all changed without my action. Try emailing them but the reply was it cost me more for return & offered me 50% on next order but the link given was unreachable (404 etc) package received eventually (missed delivery) but no Tag inside.

Absolute scammers charged my credit card 2 times without permission I emailed them 3 times and eventually got a email them refusing to cancel my order or refund my card so I have contacted my credit card company to do a charge back but they have still sent out the product so I will refuse it if any attempt of delivery is tried and they can have their substandard products back

Please stay away from their site. I ordered from here a few months ago and had a few problems with the order (product not working and wrong items sent). Trying to get in contact with this company is impossible it is a robot that replies with the same message and nothing gets done. They have now stopped replying to any emails sent. Customer service is a joke and very unhappy with the products supplied, very cheap and don’t work. Company are scammers. Stay away!!

Order never received! They only answer by robot and actually ignore what you are saying just copy and paste standard reply !!

Terrible. Do not order from this company.

I have waited a Month for my item and the customer service just copies and pastes messages rather than an actual response.
Still no item I have asked for a refund but they say they will send the item again, and then I don’t hear from them in ages and I have to chase them. They have still not provided a 2nd tracking reference and I don’t even think they have shipped my item again.
Poor behaviour.

Do not order anything from this company. They are liars and scammers, if you get the product it will be heavily delayed. I'm still waiting three weeks later. Their customer service team is generic and won't help and refuse to accept refunds. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

Order took forever to come, placed
The order on 31/08 and received it on 19/09. Package arrived damaged, items are also not the best. The power bank doesn’t charge your phone for long and the airpods are not good aswell. Would not recommend this brand

I orderd 10 days ago and received it today, great product for what I paid 100% reccomend and I will be buying again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They provided the wrong product then would not let us return it. Their returns policy is deliberately set up to frustrate and put-off. They even put their own address wrong so that you can't identify where to send the returns. DISGRACEFUL! Their responses are automated and everything is set up to prevent you getting your money back. I feel like I have had money stolen out of my pocket!!!

AVOID - still no power bank after 2 weeks. When I ordered it through the TikTok store it said it would be delivered in 3-5 days. I then got an email saying delivered in August. It’s now been 2 weeks. I asked for a refund and to cancel the order when I got the email and was told I cannot cancel the order.

Product never received and no answer from their customer service team. Order UK3228

No contact information other than on the returns page. No detailed information regarding the one item they sell such as power banks charge speed, battery type etc. The actual product page states wireless and cable less, this is not the case the power bank is magnetic to the phone case however it requires a phone charger cable to be plugged in from the charger to the phone.
The power bank however seems to charge at a okay pace about 15% in about 20 minutes for an iPhone 11 Pro.
