Great Product and Great Customer Support!

I've been trying very hard to find some well made plugins for my very specific use case. Something that won't annoy my customers with horrible UX and that has the right technical solution behind it. I'm very happy I found out about Plugin Republic after searching exhaustively through almost all possible places! I'm just using one plugin from them now but I will probably get at least two more in the near future as my use cases expand. Those plugins have everything: good UX, sound tech, incredible product support! I would not hesitate a moment to recommend them to whoever is doing e-commerce!

I can't compliment Garth, Clint and their team enough. I am a lifetime subscriber and have had several 'challenging' customers that really stretch the capabilities of the Plugin Republic offerings.

The investment has been well worth it.

My company has a range of other plugin subscriptions but none meet my client's needs, especially for woocommerce enchantments, like Plugin Republic range of solutions. I have saved hours of coding and customizations by just turning on and populating the PR plugins.

Beyond the published plugins I have had a couple of features that I couldn't exactly achieve out-of-the-box but again the PR team provided snippets of custom code that solved my challenges - even later incorporating them in future builds as new features for everyone.

These guys are real coders, real publishers; the plugins just keep getting better and better based on real world challenges. I easily give them a 5 Star recommendation.

Their plugin support has been excellent as well as their tailor-made work for our company.

I gave a 4 because the plugin didn't work at first. I went through all the trouble shooting skipping over the snippet part because it's complicated and needs to be simplified for those of us who are not coders.
It took 3 trouble tickets on the website and almost a week to hear from support.
That being said when they did respond they fixed the issue within 20 mins.
The plugin works wonderfully. Definitely recommend

Great support and functionality with the plugins!

I needed a plugin that has more functionality then the standard options in wordpress/woocommerce. This plugin enabled me to give my customers a lot more options to choose from so they can customize their orders in a really intuitive workflow.

In the past 2 years i had a few occasions that i needed support with minor issues. The speed that the customersupport of Plugin Republic replies is unbelievable fast. I couldn't be more happier. Keep up the good work Plugin Republic!
