I ordered Water Inc WI-BG12000C Body Glove Replacement Water Filter Cartridge
on July 4, 2026,for $485.10. The order was never shipped. On September 15th, I canceled the order and requested a refund. Despite repeated calls and promises, I have not received it. In October I called again twice and sent multiple emails. It is November 4th and still no refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB but I also want people to know how unethical this business is.

I purchased a tub filler online. They charged my card as soon as I purchased, even though they use a vendor to fulfill the order. After a week with no updates, I called to asked about it. They told me the item had been discontinued by the vendor. I asked them to cancel the order and issues a refund. I also sent 2 more emails asking for the cancellation and refund. I have not received any communication or information. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. Run away!! Do not spend money with them!

I ordered a product in June. I was immediately charged. I waited the estimated 4-6 weeks then reached out. They told me it was backordered another 10 weeks. I cancelled the order. It is now NOVEMBER and I have not received a refund. They keep hedging but not delivering. I cannot believe this place can stay in business.

This company is absolutely horrible. I don’t know how they are still in business. If it allowed me to give 0 stars, that’s what i would have given. I ordered an expensive faucet back in March. I still never received it. After 6 or 7 months of waiting I called to cancel my order. I called so many times to get a refund. They keep saying i will see it for weeks and nothing. NEVER order from this company. It says legit company if you google it as i did. Its a scam!!!!!

I ordered a kitchen faucet on August 18th and now it’s October 27 and still no faucet and they don’t answer emails. $750 down the drain

Ordered July 2026. After several calls which went nowhere, finally canceled in October 2026, then waited 10 days for promised refund. Called again, was told that the cancelation was not yet confirmed, and now that it is confirmed, I need to wait another 10 days for a refund. I will be filing complaints with the FTC, California Attorney General's office, and the FBI cyber fraud bureau.

I placed an order with Plumbing Overstock for a Newport Brass Chesterfield Hot & Cold Water Dispenser and the matching Newport Brass Hot Water Tank (5-036). My credit card was charged in full for both items immediately upon placing the order.

The tank arrived a couple of weeks later, but I received an email stating the dispenser was backordered until June. June passed without shipment, and the date was pushed to July. By late October—months after the original estimate—they were still unable to provide a firm shipping date, forcing me to cancel the dispenser.

When I requested to return the hot water tank, which is useless to me without the matching dispenser, Plumbing Overstock refused to accept it because it was outside their 30-day return window. Expecting a customer to return a component within 30 days while waiting on a key backordered piece—with repeatedly missed target dates—is unreasonable.

Be cautious ordering paired or complete systems from this vendor, as you risk being charged upfront for backordered items and left with incompatible or incomplete parts you cannot return.

I ordered the part I needed and was told it would not arrive for several months. I tried to cancel the order but was told I couldn't until it was processed. I made arrangements for a part thru Ferguson which is about a 5 day turn around, to keep my project on schedule. Would you believe it if I told you that a few days later the part that I was told would take months to arrive, came to me. I called and told them what happened and asked to return it. I didn't even open the box. They put me through such a rig-a-ma-roll. Take pictures of this and copy that, and when send the photos, you will get an approval (I had to call it took so long). I kept checking on the process, and it was under review. Then you have to email the shipping # to them. Needless to say, it is NOT worth the savings to order from Plumbing Overstock. It was very frustrating.

I ordered the bathtub, and I checked their tracking on a daily basis. It says it's being processed, so after two weeks, I gave a call to inquire about the shipment status only to be informed that the model I had ordered has been discontinued. Its almost 2 months have now passed, and unfortunately, my refund of $1700 remains unpaid. I sent an email and made a call, yet I received no reply. I called and it looks like they tagged my number as no one answers my call anymore. Please do not order big items from this company!!!. Its so obvious they are using my money. Refund should only take no more than 7 days.

Is there a way to give zero stars? This company stole $431.10 from us three months ago. We ordered two parts for a bathroom reno, they charged us, and never sent them. We have contacted multiple times, only to get an automated response. Steer clear of these thieves!

An order I returned was received by them on August 4, 2026. It is now October 6, 2026 and no refund or account credit was issued. They owe me over $1,500, with no resolution in sight. The communication is appalling as well.

8 weeks and my order still hasn't shipped with zero proactive outreach from company and zer response to inquiries.

DO NOT order from Plumbers Overstock!! I ordered a bathroom hook from them back on August 11, 2026. They debited my credit card on August 12. After ONE MONTH of not receiving the hook I told them I wanted to cancel the order. It took 3 more calls and I still do not have my money back. They said they did cancel my order after the last call but it would take 7-10 business days to receive my credit card refund. What? Seems like a Ponzi scheme to me.

By the way, I ordered the same hook from another vendor and received the hook in 2 weeks.

I love! Saved me! After buying my home, the renovation process was time consuming, especially while trying to be cost effective. I absolutely love it and feel happy and comfortable with the choices thanks to Luis. I’m grateful for the attention to detail and to me as a customer, truly made something stressful a lot less! I ordered two faucets, a hot/cold dispenser and not water heating element from Newport Brass - a very common item. The order was placed April 22 and the heating element shipped immediately.
As of 9/11/26 I have requested a cancellation of my order 5 times because they have no ship date. They have ignored my request.
I also requested a return of the heating element because I can no longer use for the faucets that have not arrived. They are also refusing to take this back for a refund.
I would never recommend that anyone order from this company.

I placed an order for a sink that was "in stock", after not getting an update for a week I reached out, found out it was back ordered for 3-4 weeks. I requested to cancel and a week later they said it was confirmed they cancelled with the supplier and it would be 7-10 business days to get a refund. It has now been 15+ days, no updates other than stock responses. Avoid this business at all costs, the reviews don't lie.

If there were zero stars, that would be my input. Regrettably, I ordered from Plumbing Overstock ahead of checking Trustpilot / reviews online. As others have experienced, we were charged immediately, which was fine and expected — but were emailed days later that the tub displayed on their website (still, to this day) was discontinued and unavailable. This was surprising at the time, but not once I read other reviews. I've requested a refund just today, but also immediately opened a dispute with our credit card given the reviews — trying to mitigate the time I waste with these folks getting my money back.

Charged my card for over $1,000 for an item that was listed on their site, but no longer available from the manufacturer. Called the company for a refund and they said it would be processed in 7-10 days.

It is illegal for a company to charge your credit card before it ships to you.

I had to place a chargeback on my credit card.

I ordered a brushed bronze bathroom faucet from them after doing a rigorous search/research. Brushed bronze finish is difficult to find. It was pricey, but plumbing overstock was the least expensive. Once I placed my order I received it within the week. The only qualm I had was not knowing whether the sink stop was part of the package price. It wasn’t mentioned in the description and their customer service wasn’t certain. It was included.

I purchased two items that appeared in stock. 11 days later I had not received yet an update on the sale so I called them. They told me it would take at least 3 more WEEKS to fulfill the order.

I was NEVER notified that the items were on backorder! They made me waste precious time as I needed to finish a construction project for a client.
