Would never recommend this company for any kind of job to anybody we lost so much money due to their negligence
The basin that they fitted, it would take an age to drain away the water, the new tap was not filled with a nut on the thread instead they fitted it in place with silicone sealant. The new shower tray wasn’t fitted in place level or straight causing the new shower enclosure not fit correctly admittedly the wall wasn’t straight but surely before you start fitting the shower you should point this out and I could of made arrangements to solve the problem instead after fitting the shower which now had a inch gap at bottom going up to a meter in height
They took on a job which they didn’t care to complete properly then had the cheek to say they would give me a discount and I can pay 75%
In a email I said I will pay for the electrician as the down lights and extractor fan work correctly but nothing else
I have removed everything fitted by Plumbwiser because they a not be trusted even the toilet outlet pipe was not lined up correctly which could easily caused a blockage.
To many errors to mention them all
Just got all works done by a team of 2 brilliant guys and very happy

Ryan and Rafferty turned up on time and behaved impeccably whilst fitting a new shower and pump in our 1930's bathroom. They were polite and considerate at all times and cleaned up the area thoroughly on completion. The work was completed to schedule and the shower works perfectly.
I have called into the shop many times over the past 20/25 years and Del has always been extremely helpful and patient in dealing with my enquiries. This is the first time that I have used Plumbwiser for installation work and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.
I recommend this Company without hesitation.

This is the plumber of choice for my bathroom/kitchen fitter. I have always liked it as a DIYer as the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Recently he helped me get replacement parts for a shower that was 14 years old. A great little shop with so much good gear. Also convenient to park.

If there was a list of amazingly helpful places, Plumbwiser would be near the top. They're not a huge company, they do get busy and I'm not a professional so I have been known to ask some stupid questions. Doesn't matter - I get helpful, friendly and cheerful advice every time. Good advice, too.

They *always* have the part I need and they're imaginative enough to suggest alternatives when necessary.

Probably a tiny bit more expensive than somewhere you get served by someone with no knowledge and even less interest, but my word it's worth the difference.
