What impressed me most about working with Plume Studios from the beginning was their refusal to take a “yes-man” approach. I’ve worked with several LMS providers over the years, and the initial engagement is often very sales-forward—quick to say yes to everything without first seeking to understand what it is you’re really trying to accomplish.

Plume was entirely different.

Their Blueprint process does require an upfront investment, but it quickly became clear why. The questionnaire and discovery process were extremely comprehensive and were the first indication that we were dealing with a team genuinely committed to understanding our needs before setting us down a path that would be more difficult and expensive to correct later.

We’re now well into the build phase, and that same approach has continued. The Plume team has remained engaged, thoughtful, and willing to challenge our assumptions when there may be a better way to accomplish what we’re trying to achieve. Just as importantly, the Blueprint work has translated into the build—we’re not starting over or re-explaining our needs at every turn. There is a clear understanding of what we’re trying to accomplish and why.

Our experience with Kaine, Rick, and the broader Plume team has given me a great deal of confidence in both the process and where we’re headed. I’m confident we’re on the right path and that the Plume Blueprint was a sound investment in building the next evolution of our LMS.

I have been a customer at plume Hall Green for about 30 yearsand have always been impressed by their excellent service.Today, after part of my exaust came loose I called there and a very friendly helpful Raj undertook to repair it. When I returned after a couple of hours he had done an excellent repair which saved me a few hundred pounds. Once again I was very impressed with the service given by Raj.

Called into Plume Tyre Services Hall Green today to get a puncture fixed on my car. The Garage was clean and tidy. Raj assessed my issue within a few minutes of arriving. He clearly explained my options without pushing me towards any unnecessary expense. Raj and his operative effected a speedy solution for my problem and I was safely on my way within 15 minutes. Had three new tyres fitted today at the Hall Green branch, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Raj was absolutely exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Not only did he carefully fit the new tyres, but he also took the time to show me a potentially dangerous issue with one of my old tyres, which I really appreciated.

Brilliant. Ford Creative and some of our clients have been working with Plume since 2017. Their team is very process driven (they are clearly experienced). There have been very few hiccups along the years, but when something isn't quite right, they have been quick to rectify issues.
