Sent the incorrect liquid
I’ve ordered from POD Salt before and always had good delivery, but this time they sent the wrong liquid. I ordered Mixed Berries ICE — which I particularly like — but they sent plain Mixed Berries instead. I’ve tried contacting them and haven’t had any response. They really need an extra order check before dispatch. I’ll have to think about using them again, as I can only use ICE products.

Expensive missed delivery
Delivery issues! DPD arrived, I watched and called out to him but he just took a photo, moments later I received an email saying failed delivery I was not at home. In fact I was home.
Redelivered to my neighbour or say the message but my neighbour did not receive anything. Still waiting and I spent £8.99 for next day delivery.

Lids would not open
I ordered two boxes of liquid..one spearmint and one ice mint .. the lids on the ice mint would not open.. all 5 boxes.. had to use a knife and scissors .. the spearmint bottles were fine … very frustrating and annoying with the ice mint
