Sadly I had a very frustrating experience with Poetchic. I placed an order on 25th October 2025 for some 'crystal glass' globe decorations totalling $95.82 USD. I knew straight away that the order was not correct when the flat package was delivered through my letterbox which came from a Belgium address. I received flat plastic/resin type round cut outs. I immediately contacted Poetchic and was initially given the option to keep the items and receive a 20% refund. This was not acceptable to me and was then offered 40%. I also declined this and they then provided an address for me to return the items to China stating I could not return the items to the address they came from. I returned the items at a cost of £10.80 GBP, making sure they were tracked all the way, and then began the lengthy wait for a refund. After several months of sending emails with photos and receipts I finally received a refund of $76.66 on 15th April 2026. This was not a full refund and I did not receive the shipping cost back but had I not persisted in pursuing the returned order I very much think I would not have received anything back....needless to say I will not use this company again!

Negative stars. Absolutely scam. I feel like an idiot, and will have to call this my "stupid tax." I will dispute this with my credit card company as fraud.

Would love to give the 0 stars… terrible company. Ordered shoes in 10.5 and got a 9-10. Tried to email to get a resolution and they offered me 10% and to keep the shoes. They don’t fit!! Said it was terrible customer service so they came back with either $10 back or I could send shoes back and pay $20 for shipping and wait a month.
Forget it! They messed up. Don’t shop
With this company!! Total scam!

no progress or notices since 12/29/2025. cannot get a answer on computer or website.

I ordered a Xtra large jacket and got a small. I enformed them of the mistake. It didn't come with a return address nor free return. They offered two alternatives which would have cost me more expense or possibly I could end up with nothing at all. Using this site is a major mistake.

Ordered what was supposedly a beautiful sea glass advent calendar with 24 tiny ornaments on October 28 with plenty of time for delivery by December 1. Nevertheless, they were late, which I explain here after. But first, biggest concern is that they are basically shrinky dinks, if anybody remembers those. And nothing like the photos in the ad. Actually bought two sets for grandchildren. Paid $68 CDN total…. for what amounts to ugly cheap shrinky dinks.😞 Had supposedly arrived at the nearest major airport on November 17, which is already a long time but still doable for December 1. Only after multiple houndings starting a week before December 1, did they finally get delivered on December 8 which kind of defeats the advent calendar concept. Plus, they are total crap. I didn’t realize this was the same company who advertises those toy puppy dogs using video footage of real puppy dogs. Or I would not have ordered from this site. At least that one you could obviously tell it’s a scam. But I ordered through an individual ad. I would give less stars than one if possible. My recommendation is to order nothing from this site. IMHO the whole site is a scam.

It,took over 2 1/2 months and the support of PayPal for me to finally receive a worthless imitation of what I ordered. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!

I too ordered the "crystal glass" ornament globes shown on their website and about 3 weeks later received the junky flat plastic discs. After going back and forth with them, they continued to up the amount they were willing to refund from 20% to 40% and 50%, and finally stopped at 60%, which would have still required me to pay what they said would be about $20 to return them and saying the refund would not be issued until they received the item. At one point they told me the items were "exquisitely designed" and had "many positive reviews." I couldn't find a single positive review and wish I had looked before ordering. Regardless, I finally stopped communicating with them and got a full reversal of the price I paid from my credit card company.

Expected: 3D Christmas ornaments. Got: a bit of clear plastic with a picture stuck on it. The website is misleading. Also delivery is v slow.

The seaglass advent is not carved seaglass but flat plastic pieces. The email requests are replied by LUMA offering a discount; for full refund they want the product sent to China but have written the package may not arrive so the refund won’t be given. They are not providing the return label as advertised but continues to offer a discounted amount. How can they improve? Sending the product as advertised.

Would put 0 because I still have not received the “glass ball wildlife ornaments” that I ordered almost 2 months ago. I’m either not getting them or they will be the cheap plastic flat discs. The ornaments shown on the page looked so beautiful that I was suckered in like so many others. Now I have to try and find a way to get my money back. What a ripoff and a shame.

Like so many others I saw a crystal globe ornament and thought they would make great Christmas presents for my family so i bought several only to receive a flat disc with a blurry picture on it. It also took about a month to receive them, so I was not able to dispute the charge on my debit card.

Awful. RUN. DO not order from this company.
Paid 35.00 for a patriotic hat and it look like its been run over by several trucks. Crammed into an extra small bag, wrinkled up, smashed and just plain ugly. Have reached out to customer service through email 3 times with no response.

I also bought the Cut Glass ornaments and when I complained they offered me 20 percent back. I managed to squeeze 75 percent out of them and kept the Flat Plastic ornaments.
They need shutting down - it is disgusting how people want to rob people.

We ordered glass globe Christmas ornaments and like the other reviews sent flat plastic discs, nothing like the advert, tried to complain to get refund and heard nothing since, a scam company, don't deserve even the one star

Ordered 2 mens shirts. Actually/eventually got 2 shirts in the mail which hardly resembled what I ordered. I tried to return, they responded with email to 'negotiate' to refund a fraction of %. Then when I tried to reply, my email was blocked my their server as spam. How convenient for them. How stupid of me.

Zero stars!! I ordered some of those “crystal glass ornaments” like so many others and received the resin/plastic flat disks with bird decals on one side. They were shipped to me from an address in CA but they will only refund me if I pay to ship this junk to China!! And apparently PayPal is ok with this company committing mail fraud as they offer me no other solution! Says a lot about PayPal that they support a fraudulent company over their customers! Thanks a lot, two scams in one!

I ordered socks (4 pairs) for grandchildren in early October 2025. Poetchic charged my credit card $101.63. The socks have not arrived as of this date (11/29/2025). They claim to ship within 36 hours of receipt of orders. The only thing that happened with the socks is no delivery and a charge to my credit account on 10/09/2025..

Definitely a scam!

I received the little robot puppy today. I am beyond disappointment with this product. Your advertisement said it would sleep, sit, bark, react to touch, run. All it does is bark and run! The advertisement shows it's eyes moving and tongue moving. This doesn't happen! You say it is just like a real dog. NO! NOTHING like a real dog. Not even close!! Shame on you for misleading the public. And you said it was cuddly soft. I would not let my 3 year old great grandson play with this so called toy!! You are misleading on ALL accounts. BAD buisness. Very dishonest!!!!!!! I was really looking forward to enjoying this product! Not happening!!!!
