The only reason I did not hesitate to place this order is the fact the advertisement was on the Fox News app.

Wow, was I ever wrong. The product is unbelievably the cheapest version of a hat that is possible. It is not close to the hat that was advertised. This company is a complete scam and 100% fraudulent.

Scam scam scam. Zero stars. Like a few of the other reviewers, I was duped into buying what I thought were round glass globe ornaments with bird figurines inside. What I received were cheap flat resin discs, printed with bird images on one side. Not 3D globes, as all of there product photos showed! Completely misleading. I wrote a scathing email demanding a refund. But I guess they can skirt around this, by their refund policy stating no refunds on sale items. What a SCAM. Do NOT order from this website. $75, wasted.

I placed my order on 10/27/25 for 8 of the "crystal glass Wildlife Wonders collection & also paid shipping insurance for a total order $89.94. I had no success in tracking my order and when it was received USPS on 11/19 the "ornaments" were NOT what was ordered or what was represented in their website. I sent emails to their "service" email twice and have not received any response. I DID NOT search for reviews prior to ordering and now am out the money for such low quality items received. WHAT A SCAM and am making an effort to recoup my losses. The package shipped from "MURRAY 7398 Clairemont Mesa Blvd San Diego CA 82111 in a package that had been shipped to them "Made in China". LESSON BUYER BE WARE

Scam. Fake marketing pictures. You do not get what you think you are ordering. I ordered two 2026 250th US Anniversary hats that looked really cool in the advertised pictures and I would be proud to wear. One came as a cheesy printed on nylon hat and other came with smaller printed graphics, bad coloring, and cheaply made. Not proud to wear either one, trashed both.

Ordered what looked like a snow globe Christmas ornament. Advertised looking like a genuine globe

What I received was a flat 2d printed piece of plastic that was not even close and nowhere near what I would expect for the price.

Zero stars! I can believe what a scam this company is! Unfortunately I bought before I checked:(. Their merchandise is ridiculous! I paid 15 dollars for what looked like a glass ornament and it was literally a cardboard ornament! Save your money!!!

Don't ever order anything from this website. These people are nothing but scammers. I ordered an item from this company. What I received was nowhere near the item I ordered. Beware of any and all interactions with them. They will not send me what I ordered BUT they did offer me a 20% refund. What a joke! The item I received is of no use to me and they will not give me the address to return it. They do stress that the address given on packaging is not the address for returns but refuse to give me returns address. I cannot not begin to describe how this infuriates me.

I ordered the glass ball ornaments which clearly states on each one that they are Crystal Glass Ornament. Even, looking at the pictures on the ad you could see the shadow reflecting a round ball. What I received were round resin disks with a picture on it. There picture is blurred on the back side.I should have canceled when I ordered as they asked for a tip for the packer. I clicked no and suddenly my screen moved sideways for about three seconds and then came back into view. Later on, I received a security alert from my credit card company that someone had tried to use it. I believed the employee receiving the order tried to submit the tip even though I had clicked No! I had to close that credit card and get issued a new one with a different number. I have since sent an email which upon seeing the reviews will fall on deaf ears.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The mechandice I received was junk. It looked nothing like the advertisement photo. I have contacted my credit card and am disputing the charge.

I never received the product and it was not a too good to be true price. It was an average price for the hats, u liked the design. 4 weeks later there has been no communication from them as to shipping tbe product. Basically they just took my money.

This company are completely dishonest. I ordered Christmas baubles with little figures inside and was sent flat dull nasty discs. Have asked for a refund and to date have been offered 20% which I have obviously refused. When ordering I thought it was an American company but is Chinese. Sadly didn't read the reviews before ordering

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews until shortly after I had placed an order for two beautiful all-cotton long dresses. It took almost a month and the package arrived tonight. The site is an absolute scam. The dresses are polyester and look like a cheap Halloween costume. Do not match in color or length and DEFINITELY are not cotton. I would not pay a single dollar for these dresses anywhere at any time. They are absolutely the cheapest looking things I have ever seen. Have asked for refund already and have also reached out for Paypal refund. They have a guaranteed Paypal insignia on their site which is also probably a scam. Paypay shouldn't authorize payments to this site, as the items are absolutely nothing but scams.

Absolutely shocking! Definitely a scam. Item supposed ‘handcrafted sea glass’ is actually plastic with stickers on! I have to laugh really as it was obvious that it wasn’t legitimate but I still fell for it and the ad was in the guardian online so I thought it was trustworthy!

Product DID NOT MATCH advertised item. Showed a round Xmas ornament with a hummingbird inside. Item was a FLAT 1/8" thick plastic with a picture of a hummingbird. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS - BUT ONE STAR IS THE LOWEST!!!!!!!!

Complete garbage items that are bait and switch. They advertise the hat as being embroidered and its not, at all - Its a silkscreen logo and the hat is so thin that it fit in an envelope and was smooshed down like a pancake. Its not worth $5, let alone $35.

Trust the other reviews on here - They show a picture of a nice item, this hat was so cool looking - but then you get your item in the mail and honestly, it felt like a joke. How they can even think people will get their item and believe its the same as the web site picture.

It took me 30 seconds after looking to open a dispute for the charge - Its a slam dunk case, I have the item picture and the picture from the web site in a side by side view - its just laughable that they think they can pull this off.

Description said product was made in USA. Tracking number in 17Track was not found. Merchant never responded to my email inquiry for status. Product never delivered. Credit card charge has been disputed as fraud.

Wish there was a zero rating—and regret that I did not research for reviews before ordering, like so many others have mentioned. I ordered the Sea Glass Advent Calendar. The posted pictures online show ornaments that appear to be 3-dimensional, with each tree being constructed of multiple pieces of sea glass stacked and linked by a metallic component, with a metal loop at the top for hanging. The ornaments RECEIVED appear to be made of one piece of flat acrylic, all uniformly (mass-produced) shaped, with an image of the details stamped on—and the loop for hanging is part of this piece of acrylic. I also did not receive an order number when I placed the order, no confirmation email of the order, and no invoice when I received the package. I have emailed Customer Support, with full confidence that, if I do get a reply, it will not be the “100%Satisfaction Guarantee” as the website promises. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!’
Oh, NOW I notice on the descriptions for other Advent calendars offered by Poetchic that there IS an actual silhouette image of the flat “ornament,” with the directive to ‘pull off the back membrane.’ I’m sure that doing so would magically result in the flat acrylic “tree” to transform into the true, 3-D sea glass ornament pictured in their ad. Darn! I wish I hadn’t trashed this product before I found this tip!!

Finally received my ‘band’ hat after seven weeks. It is unquestionably not of the quality as pictured on the website. It is very thin but it is embroidered. Would I buy from them again, NO. Will I wear the hat, yes.
