This is a scam. I was going to order one pair but did not complete the transaction. They processed it anyway. Charged more for the glasses, added a charge of almost 60.00 for a warranty. Added shipping charges. Charged PayPal for way more than I even started to order.

Would give minus stars if I could.
Realised it was a scam once the bonus offers started popping up and tried to cancel my order immediately. Like another reviewer has highlighted - even if you try and cancel within minutes they tell you it's not possible as it's already been shipped. They say you can return the product within 30 days. Avoid this fake company at all costs. I will be reporting them.

I also ordered one pair of glasses and suddenly ended up with 3 . Tried to cancel within the hour and was told my ordered already processed. Went thru PayPal and they charged two different cards. Feels like a scam to me.

I ordered an item from the official polorvision website, order was acknowledged and receipt provided with correct delivery address indicated on 6th December 2025.
Having received no indication of a delivery date I contacted the company several times, there is no available contact number and help desk appears to be automated.
In a recent response I was informed that the item had been shipped to an incorrect address and if I requested a refund I would need to send back the item. I can only assume this to be a delaying tactic, as I question if an item was even shipped. My experience appears to be very similar to what other customers are having with this company.
I have previously purchased an item from polorvision and it was received with no issues. I have requested a refund and currently awaiting a reply…

I wanted to order one pair of the night time driving glasses. I was then bombarded with other offers with the "no thanks" in tiny letters. So confusing that I ended up ordering three pairs at a cost far in excess of what I intended to spend. I would not have thought a reputable company would have to resort to such tactics. Buyers beware, check carefully what you are agreeing to. Cannot review the actual product until I receive them.

this is a scam, I ordered these 16 days ago, I am in CA and the glasses are in AZ should take 2 days, they dont respond and PayPal is slow to respond at all, done paying with PayPal FOR SURE,they dont protect the consumer like a credit card does. boycott PayPal and this company Polarvision global literally stole my money, its a full scam, and I will get my money back, please dont buy from them...its like throwing money out the window

I ordered 2 pairs of night vision glasses through Polarvision and received an invoice of $128.86. Suddenly I notice a bank charge of $186.60. That is $57.74 difference. I contacted their support department who just keep saying if I'm not happy with the glasses, I should return them for a refund of $128.86. They are ignoring me about the overcharge of $57.74. How can they ignore me? When I tried to ask them again about the overcharge, suddenly my emIl won't go through to them.
I get a message saying my email wasn't deliverable. Polarvision are scammers. Don't do business with them!!

Before you order nightview-glasses in Germany (Polarvision), check the price! Compare it with direct order for example by TEMU...

If I could score lower I would. Absolute rubbish. I feel like I was ripped off; NO that’s inaccurate, I definitely was ripped off. The product is useless and the lens fell out straight after opening. It is impossible to contact the company or get a refund I’ve tried.

Total fraud, during the checkout they offer you something and if you choose them they doesn't even let you review the final order, it is like as if the customer will go away...the details in the website are also fraudulent as they say we can cancel the order up to 12 hours but even after 2 minutes of placing the order, they don't cancel your order.

I placed an order for one pair. It took weeks to arrive and I was sent 3 pair and charged for 3 pair along with a warranty for 3 pair I never asked for. I'm trying to return 2 pair for a refund but told I have to pay for return shipping for their mistake. I feel this is a scam. I don't know if I will get the refund yet.

I've been waiting 2 weeks , when I asked to cancel I was informed that I need to return the glasses, which haven't yet been despatched or delivered. Awful experience.

I believe this site is a scam. Looked good on what appeared 'real' reviews website. But paid for and never delivered.

Do not use this company.. Their website offer is deliberately decieving & when you try to cancel within minutes they tell you your item has already been shipped so cancelation isn't possible..
No company ships within 5 minutes of an order being placed.
I'm now going to be out of pocket to return
I don't care how good the product might be their sales tactics and cancelation policy is similar to how scam companies operate.
