The rechargeable cord that came with the light didn't work, I just happened to have one at home that worked or I would have sent it back.

These are my favorite flash lights I've recently discovered and I've got a few already after getting my first one. I got two Proflex 2.0's and four little key chain Seekers. I'll literally never need more than the Proflex 2.0 has to offer so I'll probably never need another one unless it breaks some how.

I purchased the flashlight from the local Canadian Tire it was fine with decent illumination. It developed an issue that require I reach out to customer support. Lauren was quick to respond and they actually sent me a replacement within 24hours. Just the fact that a response and solution was offered in a timely manner reassures me to purchase from them again.

Once I was able to get to your site to order , the experience was simple & quick.
It WAS a bit discouraging trying to find the product I was seeking ( batteries). Lots of flashlight but had to get through a maze of products to find the batteries. To be honest, today’s world of technology left me behind long ago.

Fantastic light would say i wish the 600lm had the ability to set the mode you want at initial firing vs having to cycle through them and over time i hope that it can be made smaller. However love the quality, love the usbc charging and it still fits in my pocket for work! Pricing is very reasonable and also shipping quite fast once ordered. Even came 2 days early.
