This is my second purchase (lost the first one), I absolutely love the flashlights. I work maintenance and the pen light is versatile and very convenient to carry all day in my pocket until needed.

I never received their product. Ordered the product November 9th, never arrived. Their email address in not listed on the web site. There is a link that forces me to use Yahoo Email and I use Outlook because I don't like Yahoo Email and DO NOT want it installed and synced on my PC, therefore I am unable to contact them directly

Received now the product on time, great quality made, better then the original product, flashlight shines brighter then before, I'm very satified I made the decision, I made this purchase.

Website kept going to a page that said permission denied - took forever to get it to work then I wasn’t sure until the email came through if it was confirmed for shipment or not

I purchased 5 flashlights over several years. All were great value. One of the AA battery cartridge corroded. I ordered a new one. It was NOT wired as the original. Therefore it does not work. When I checked their site "policesecurity.com" there is NO email address or phone number to reach for help. Good product, lousy customer service.

I reported via email an issue with my nearly one year old flashlight. Police Security Flashlight customer service promptly addressed my concerns and resolved it through both providing self help recommendations and sending me a replacement unit.

I'm so sorry that I ordered 2 dual powered 2000Lums police and Security Flash Lights for my own use I saw the message from your company stating that you were having a great deal with the results of the Best Quality of the Dual Powdered flash light, So I ordered 2 flash lights and when I was going to Pay for my order I was trying to put in the Word WINNER WINNER in the Discord space for the payment, but I was not able to apply the Discount Word to take off the Extra money for my Credit, but I was just OVER Charging for the Flash Lights and I am so confused about the fact that the Post says that the one Flash Lights was $64,99 but the Extra Discount Price is $48 95 and I was ordered 2 flash lights and the price is $48.95 x 2 Isa total of $97.90 but I was Roughly charged for the Two Flash Lights cost me $ 129.98 and I am so sorry and so Upset with the fact that I tried to call the customer service Representative for a few minutes and then I just gave up . So I'm not very very happy with the fact that I was Over Charged for the 2 Twin Power Flash Lights and I will Never Never again be Trusting you and your company Because of the fact that you are Stealing from the Public and I am so Upset with the results of my order.I will be waiting for my Bank card account Statement for the Extra money for the Flash Lights cost of $ 129.98 and I should have been Charged for the 2 Twin Power Flash Lights cost of $ 97.98 total and Not the Extra Extra money for $129.98. I will be waiting for my Bank card statement to come and CC I will be calling my Bank card agent for the Full refund for amount of Merchandise return.
