I paid for my car insurance through Policybazaar UAE on 20 August at 2:50 PM. At the time of payment, I was informed that my insurance policy would be issued and delivered within 30 minutes. However, it has been several hours now, and I still have not received my policy document. Please check the status of my payment and policy immediately and confirm whether my insurance is active. I request you to issue and send my policy document as soon as possible, as I made the payment based on your assurance that the policy would be delivered within 30 minutes.
