100% Flop & Fed-up with Policy Bazaar.
I took a health care policy from Care health insurance through PB. In a critical moment, Care Health rejected my cashless admission and I submitted for the re-imbursement, that also rejected without any valid reason. As a broker, this PB's support was worst and no proper response. Their customer care support also useless and irresponsible. Normally they'll not answer your call. If they picked up the line, they repeat the same story. No result at all. PB assigned a RM, he's also irresponsible. When my son admitted to hospital, we called many times, nobody responded to our call. My humble request to all of you, approach any other brokers near by to your residence or company directly. Otherwise you'll loose time and money. Don't promote these kind of online frauds any more.

One of the worst services I’ve experienced.

I raised a service request on March 7, 2026 (Ticket ID: PB80203047), and there has still been no proper update.

Every time I call, I’m told I’ll receive an update within 1 hour — which never happens. Through email, they keep saying “we will provide an update in the next 3 working days,” but after 3 days there is no response. When I follow up again, I receive the exact same scripted reply.

Very disappointing experience with zero accountability.

I have already mentioned the ticket, which is sufficient to retrieve my details. But I’m not surprised anymore, because now I am 100% sure how PolicyBazaar works.
