I would ABSOLUTELY give no stars if I could , DO NOT ORDER HERE they will not refund money, they split up your order if you order more than one thing, emailing is absolutely horrendous

My bracelet came very fast for Christmas. At first I couldn't see picture and was upset. Then I realized you have to put the back to light then you see the picture and his name clear. I do love it. The bracelet was tangled( think just normal shipping in a bag) it untangled easy. I think the bracelet is well made and nice looking. I'm very pleased with this. Thank you!

I bought a personalised bear and it hasn’t arrived after a month, I contacted the company to enquire about my product and they can not tell me where my product is ABSOLUTE SCAM

Ho ordinato una collana a proiezione al 8 agosto ed è arrivata al 25 agosto parecchio tempo ma devo dire che ne è valsa la pena. Vedo nelle recensioni che tutti si lamentano dei tempi di consegna ma cosa vi aspettate dato che viene così da lontano? Ottimo prodotto e la qualità veramente bella. La foto si vede benissimo. Inizialmente vedendo tutte queste recensioni negative mi sono un po’ spaventata ma devo dire che dopo aver visto il prodotto finale mi sono ricreduta 🥰 grazie

Do not under any circumstances buy from this company. I ordered a musical photo globe and paid extra for 5 day delivery. After 3 weeks it was sent with a courier who delivered it to the wrong address. They are refusing a refund.

I recently purchased a reflection picture necklace with an engravement on back. What I received was a necklace I couldn’t even put on b/c it was knotted at the clasp and there was no engravement. PONGGI not only refused to refund me but what they said about the knotted clasp was:”If the clasp is knotted, try to untie it.” No apologies and their promise is to refund you within 90 days.
To top it off, I was so excited about what was advertised, I told four of my friends about their products. When they received their purchases, not one but all four were very disappointed and were not happy with me. I don’t like to be scammed!

I should have read reviews before buying this product. I deeply regret buying from this store. I ordered the personalized speaker . It arrived broken, the quality of the audio is an apology. And did I mention it took forever to arrive. Don’t buy from this store. Wish I could give a zero star rating.

Min paket är en katastrof, jag beställde en väderkvarn som skulle ha med mina bilder, låta fint och dessutom ha bredvid eller på några ljus som inte finns med alls. Väderkvarnen kom sönder, paketet kom som att någon har suttit på den, utan ljus och dålig kvalite. Musiken är läskig och väderkvarnen är absolut den dåligaste jag har varit med om, inte värd pengarna som Man inte ens får tillbaka. Jag har skrivit massor med mejl om att få pengarna tillbaka men dem vill inte ge tillbaka. Så snälla va försiktiga!

Please don't let the bad reviews drive you away bc let me tell you our photo engraved Speaker is stunningly beautiful! Came in a very nice gift box and it was packaged really well to ensure it got here in 1 piece as it is glass. Very well made beautiful and extremely worth the price. Like others have Said yes wait time is long but please remember it is being Shipped from China and is personalized lazer engraved etc that takes time everyone it was well worth the wait!

I ordered a necklace, then immediately canceled the order. They ignored my request, multiple Facebook messages and emails and sent the necklace out anyway. First, they said they wouldn't be working on orders due to a festival in China, then they said it was already in production and couldn't refund but 70%, all on the same day. More than a week later, I get an email stating they sent the necklace anyway and won't reply about the refund. To date, I have not been refunded. It's an awful company, don't order from them.

Servizio pessimo. Promettono spedizioni rapide in 5-7 a 22€ tramite DHL spedizione urgente e poi ti ritrovi ad avere una spedizione standard con attese di settimane. Il tutto senza alcuna comunicazione. Ho chiesto il rimborso in quando non avrei mai scelto il loro servizio se non fosse stato per la spedizione celere e nonostante le mie richieste di rimborso delle spese di spedizione mi hanno risarcito solo in parte.

avendo contattato l'azienda per due prodotti, mi era stato detto che in 10 giorni lavorativi sarebbe arrivato il tutto, pur pagando la consegna veloce.
Passati 27 giorni di due pacchi ordinati ne è arrivato solo uno.
Sconsiglio questo sito, sono inaffidabili, e a parer mio incapaci di fare il proprio lavoro

Bought a pendant with birthstones for grandmother. The birthstones were placed randomly instead of the given order.. So it makes no sense... There is also pretty much no info on how the stones will be placed to help costumors before hand. When contacted about this client service simply points out it is randomly placed... Dissapointing.... No real service...
For the rest the product looks pretty well made and was received promptly...
