Hi, I m not in the habit of leaving reviews but I just want to caution anyone using this seller. The product I ordered was a personalised photo lamp. Not only were the photos printed with large amounts of white space around them, which looked nothing like the pictures on the website, but the quality of the item was extremely poor. They were not interested in a return and refund. I will not be using them again and would caution others.

Ho ordinato tre collane, due color oro rosa, dopo nemmeno un giorno sono diventate completamente nere. Senza aver fatto doccia ne niente. Mai più.

Io ho preso due collanine e due ciondoli auto. Bellissimi! il lavoro è accurato, hanno persino ricostruito una parte di foto mancante. Certo ci vuole tempo e fortuna dato che il pacco fa praticamente il giro del mondo.

I have purchased from an online supplier of pet memorabilia before without problem. After a lot of checking I chose ponggi, and paid the extra for sterling silver. When the item arrived, I was suprised. The necklace chain was the sort of chain you might attach a bath plug to, and was a ferrous material (magnetic) and the pendant was silver coloured but not the correct colour for sterling silver. A 925 silver test revealed it to be nickel alloy. Tut. The photo engraving was nice thpough.

SCAM. I ordered a necklace a month ago & have yet to receive a shipping notice. I also paid $24 to get it here by Christmas and nothing. When i emailed, they basically said it was my fault and i should understand that they have a bunch of orders and I should’ve understood that when ordering. We’ll see if I ever get my order but doubt it. Definitely a learning experience.

This is the worst buy i have ever done, it took 2 months! for the package to arrive.. i bought a necklace with a built in picture from the website. As it turns out, you can't actually see the picture with the naked eye, you can only take a picture of the picture which is completely useless!

The only reason they are getting 1 star is because they have at least answered my emails...everything else is a flat out 0!! I ordered my product at the beginning of the month and paid the urgent shipping cost to have it expedited, because it is for a Christmas gift. Here it is, Christmas Eve...and I STILL have not received my order!! The last email I sent, I definitely let them know how I felt and what I thought about their service and I also let it be known that I will NEVER order from them again! When I checked this morning to track my order, it was at the usps 2 hours away from my city. Who knows when or if I'll get my order. I'm glad I went shopping yesterday to purchase something in its place. My advice...don't order from this place!!

Wish I'd read the reviews on here before I ordered. I paid an extra £17 for 3-5 day delivery and still waiting 2 weeks on. Ordered my gift for Christmas and I'm sure it won't arrive on time. All I've heard back is that it is on the way but nothing more concrete. Terrible customer service & a scam.

Il prodotto è molto più bello delle mie aspettative e il bracciale è piccolo e carinissimo. La spedizione dalla cina è lentissima e tra ordine del prodotto e il suo arrivo sono passate più di 3 settimane, ma il prodotto così come il sito ha zero difetti, con un’assistenza sempre pronta a risponderti ed un sito di tracciamento costantemente aggiornato. Consigliato

After reading reviews on here I was a bit concerned. But my experience with this company was without any problem. It came in less than a month, the lamp is awesome and I hope my girlfriend will love it as much as I do. The stand is made of a real wood, not plastic which is great because I expected something as such. Don’t be scared to buy from here. Just make sure you put the right address and everything and you’ll be fine and very satisfied with the result. It comes only with a USB cable so make sure you have an output to a regular socket at home.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Do not buy from here. They have never sent my gift and have never answered my e mails. Luckily my bank returned my money. THIS IS A SCAM

There are a couple of mirror sites of this scammer company, such as necklacedays.com. Beware of them. They're spamming on facebook too for months now. Can't imagine how could they keep this "business" up for so long...

Servizio clienti tramite email rapido nelle risposte ed esaustivo. Spedizione ovviamente lenta ma come tutti i pacchi che arrivano dalla Cina quindi se non si ha fretta si può tranquillamente ordinare. Merce arrivata come da descrizione e da anteprima ed intatta,bella anche la confezione.

I think this company is a scam, you can't track order when they the number, you can't get a hold of them through email, because it keep saying that the address Is not found. This is a bad company. It scam me out of my hard working money.

Was kinda nervous after reading the reviews after ordering but I'm happy I didn't cancel the order it looks just like the picture on the site and I ordered it on 19th of August and it came September 15th, and It came in a box and I got a small papper bag to carry the box in, bit expensive for two necklaces but it came so I'm happy🤷

Do not ever pay fast delivery, it will not arrive on time. Item has not arrived on time, but they refusing to refund the money and i no longer need it as it was for the funeral that already happened.

I ordered the product and paid for urgent delivery (3-5 days) 21.99€, 7 days have passed and I have not yet received the product I ordered. I am sure I will never order from this site in my life. I just hope to receive what I ordered. Don’t be fool like me, read the reviews before ordering something.

I ordered a pendant from this website without going through the contact us page and even made the mistake of paying for urgent delivery which cost me 19£ where the item itself cost 32£.

I wouldn't say it's a fake website but it is a trap site for people like me who don't plan ahead. you would think your item would be shipped within 5-7 (fast track) days but somewhere in their site, it would have mentioned 3-5 days for handcrafting it.

the contact us link takes you to Facebook like which is a broken link.

They need to make it more transparent about where the item is being shipped from and how long exactly based on the shipping method you choose well ahead rather than leaving a note in some part of their website

I would avoid it next time and hoping the product is decent for the price I have spent already, its not a surprise anymore
