I've been ordering from Pool Warehouse a couple of years now. These guys go above and beyond to help every single time. Pricing, product availability and customer service is the best in the business. Today Dustin H. helped me with getting the right size salt cell system for my pool and also helping me with determining how much salt I needed to open my pool. Always a happy customer with these guys!

I called and Renee B was so helpful. Very easy to talk with and even sent me info on how my shipment would arrive. So happy that the phone number was on their website.

I ordered pool liner 3-16-26 which showed Pool Whse had in stock. Unfortunately it was not in stock. Renee B was very apologetic in her email to me. What she did next was super nice by calling a supplier to get what I wanted on this day 3-17-26. That’s good customer service. She credited my 1st order and got the new one ordered asap. Very happy with the professionalism on her part! Thanks Renee B.

Renee went above and beyond to help me secure the right pool for my needs. From the beginning, she assisted me with the best customer service. She was very understanding and was very quick to respond to all of my emails! I appreciate all her help.

The way Jacinia Candelaria took care of an issue I had was very commendable. Thank you for having such a great representative.

Savannah G and Amrit CN did an excellent job of expediting two basketball standards that was needed for a sport court that was under construction in a youth camp. They were able to get our order to a small town in Arizona two weeks ahead of schedule and we are now back on schedule thanks to Savannah and Amrit.

A bushing that was in the original wet end housing that I ordered was not included with the new wet end housing that I received. Luckily, I was able to take and reuse from the one I was replacing but this seems like a part that should be included as it was internal to the housing.

Also, link from tracking email did not work. I was able to copy the tracking number and manual track through FedEx so not a big deal, but website/tracking link could be improved.

Atrocious customer service and their products don’t last or work well. Extremely overpriced

I have been a customer for a few years now, and naturally being across the country does not help when having to ship fragile items. But if there has ever been an issue, whether it be shipping and/or receiving something damaged, their customer service team has always been top notch. Jacinia C specifically, aside from being prompt and efficient, she just went above and beyond, providing comfort and overall making a stressful experience be quite painless.

Part exactly what was described. Rapid delivery, only took a week from order date. Would order from here again.

I purchased a 15x30 oval pool last year. I was in a bad car accident that left me paralyzed from the waist down so it took several months before I could get the pool installed. When the installer started putting the pool together, there were several parts missing. Renee and your staff worked hard to help get the issue resolved even though it was several months and the 30 period expired. I'm expressing my sincere thanks for the excellent customer service provided to me. I may not be able to get in the pool myself for now, but my husband and son will surely enjoy it. Please express my thanks to Renee and your staff.

Very much appreciate the follow up I received from Sanjib in Customer Service. My initial order was lost in transit. Sanjib gave this an appropriate amount of time to resolve itself, but when the product finally was deemed “lost”, he initiated a replacement. He communicated with me consistently assuring me that he was staying on top of the situation. He did a great job!

It is interesting to see how Hayward has changed parts slightly. The filter base and tube we purchased was the same as the original except I had to shorten it by 8 inches because you don't carry the original anymore. Good thing the width stayed the same or I would be in trouble.

Very responsive team of sales reps and customer service reps, shout out to Jacinia, she handles issues promptly and effectively.
