Anyone can make a sale, but it is the customer service provided after the purchase that is most important to me. Jacinia was so helpful in providing the detailed information I needed for my future purchases with regard to the filter system that I bought from Pool Warehouse.I am so grateful for her help and due diligence she provided at no urgency from me. the items purchased came in a bubble-mailer ... but it did not reference my order number or the items i ordered. i had to email my entire company to see who ordered this. these items were about to be thrown away because the package looked suspecious.

I specifically informed them to send me a quote for a solid cover for the spa. I placed the order after receiving the quote. The cover came with holes so i can't use it because it allows water to get into the spa. Attempt to contact resolution team. The case assigned to Renee B and until now it still has not resolved. i had to buy another cover.

Dustin helped me with picking out a pool heater for my pool. He was very knowledgeable and helpful getting me what was needed. Thanks again for all your help. Danny

He was patient in listening to my questions, sought out answers and ultimately help me decide on the product I needed and gave me a great deal. The ordering process was very easy, but that isn't why I am leaving a review. Due to the distributor being snowed in, my part was delayed. My customer support rep, Chelsey, was amazing. She proactively kept me informed about my shipment and helped expedite my order. She's amazing....

I ordered the wrong product. When I called customer service they were very helpful and promptly sent a pre paid return label.

Dustin was very personable, and answered all my questions. But more importantly to me was the fact that he never gave me the impression that i sas imposing on him or his time. A job well done.

I called customer service to check on the status of our order . The Young Lady by the name of Katelyn assisted me. She was very professional, cordial and so kind. She didn't stop assisting me until I got the answer that I needed. She could have just given me a response to my question, but she went over and beyond to make sure that I would be able to (if necessary) in the days ahead, be able to get more concrete answers as I await our package to arrive, due to inclement weather. Katelyn represents her company well, she is definitely an asset.
