I ordered 4 sets (buy 2 free 2 deal) and the quality varied greatly between the sets, While I’m very happy with 2 of the sets, the other 2 are akin to cheap versions of the ones in the picture. In fact, one of the nails was painted with a polka dot pattern when the original design was made with blooming polish.

Another thing to note is the long shipping time, which is more of the courier’s issue than the company itself. Though it took 2 weeks to ship the nails out, it took another 2 weeks for them to arrive. It should be noted that the nails are shipped from China, which may lead to long shipping times (I’m in the UK).

Overall, the quality of nails (especially if it involves nail art) can vary significantly, so I would advise against ordering sets with intricate designs. But for the price I paid, it’s not too bad.

Was quite worried at first as the processing of the order took longer than usual, but once flagged, the customer service and communication wad absolutely amazing and so was the product. Thank you!

I ordered on the 25th May and had to chase up via email 3 times (which were all responded to promptly with varying dispatch times getting later each email) before I eventually received them on 19th August. 3 months later. Whilst I understand and appreciate demand may be more than the (likly) small business can manage, I think this needs to be explicitly clear when placing an order that you could be waiting months OR they simply need to close their books for a limited yime whilst they fulfill orders. Ive had to order nails from other websites in the meantime whilst I waited for these. This is my first and last order with them, the customer service was good in terms of responding to emails and the offer to send a free set which they did (plain white tips with glitter which were total opposite of what I ordered and wouldn't wear, but a kind gesture) however the constant push back of dispatch times and 3 months wait is simply not worth it for the nails I received. They are lovely and done to a high quality, but they dont look like the picture as much as other company's ive used which have been identical. When I opened them and saw the first set, I thought they were the free ones they had sent as they didn't look familiar but after comparing with original pic I see they are supposed to be a replica of what I ordered, just not executed aswell.

For the price, they are great, quality great, if you're not bothered about getting exactly what you've seen on the screen and long waiting times then I'd absolutely recommend. If you want them sooner and want EXACTLY the design you see on the website then I'd go elsewhere. I will be going back to my usual website who are slightly more costly but you get what you pay for and waiting time is much shorter.

I haven’t received my order just yet and I was worried so I sent an email 28/07/2026 and I received a timely response via email 29/07/2026 from a lovely lady called Eva, she explained the order process to me and that all sets are made to order which is Great to know. Thank you Eva & Popinails for all your help l! I can’t wait to receive my order.

These nails are gorgeous! Exactly as describedon their homepage and comfortable to wear. Nothing out of place. Delivery was quick an easy.

These are the most gorgeous nails I have ever owned! The quality is amazing and the designs are stunning. The little diamonds don't come off and the nails don't chip at all! The size of the nails are perfect too.
The delivery was delayed and the customer service were amazing, providing regular updates and being super nice and kind about it. I will definitely be a returning customer!

My order was quite delayed in being shipped, but the customer service team were extremely friendly, fast and responsive throughout the whole process so I had absolute confidence everything was being done to get my order to me as soon as possible. They very kindly threw in an extra set of nails for the inconvenience also, which was incredibly kind of them. The nails are absolutely GORGEOUS, I could not recommend more!
