Extremely disappointing service from POPMART

Extremely disappointing service from Team Global Direct. After nearly two years, I finally managed to purchase the Jumbo Zimomo Labubu, only to have the delivery handled by Express Team Global. I was home at the time of delivery, yet no attempt was made and nothing was delivered. Two days later, I received a message advising me to collect the parcel from a location almost an hour away, despite there being a local hub just minutes from my home.

As a result, I was unable to collect the parcel, and it was eventually returned. It is incredibly frustrating that customers have to rely on such unreliable delivery services, particularly for high-demand items that are already difficult to secure. It is disappointing that POPMART partners with delivery providers that create this kind of experience. After finally managing to obtain a Labubu, losing it due to poor delivery handling is extremely disheartening. Disappointed, to say the least.

FAKE

Again… FAKE!
Shipping took 3 weeks also.

Retours impossibles !

Articles expédiés de Chine et quand on veut un remboursement, il faut le retourner A NOS FRAIS à une adresse en Chine !! Scandaleux de ne pas proposer un mode de retour adapté pour les européens, pas de bordereau de retour, rien !!!
Et surtout à un prix exorbitant !
A éviter !

J'ai commandé en ligne le 3 mars et j'ai reçu mon colis le 9 mars en parfait état. Les livreurs étaient Yunexpress et Colis Privé et tout s'est bien déroulé. Ma SKULLPANDA est parfaite aucun défaut et trop mignonne je conseille vraiment de commander sur le site officiel c'est moins cher que sur Amazon! Au début j'avais très peur à cause des autres avis mais j'ai été rassurée quand j'ai vu qu'il étais livré chez moi en moins de temps que je ne pensais 😭

POP MART SKULL PANDA DOUBLE DUPE

I went into pop mart today and I purchased an entire box of skull panda my little pony for my daughter. When I was paying at the counter the staff member advised that we should video the unboxing in case we receive duplicates. I asked what would happen if we received a duplicate. The staff member advised that pop mart would replace the entire box. Shortly after we left, my daughter unboxed the skull pandas. There was not one but two duplicates. I promptly took the box back to pop mart to organise a replacement and then when I arrived,
The girl who served me initially was not working as she had finished for the day. The store manager reviewed the footage and said she would order a replacement for the skull pandas we didn’t get. I was like um no, we were told the whole box would be replaced. The manager said no, only the ones we didn’t get would be ordered because you are guaranteed those ones in every box.
I told her that was ridiculous because firstly, Pop Mart is not supposed to know what is in a box and secondly our chance at getting a secret was destroyed because they threw in two duplicates. The manager refused to help me at all. She took my name and number and told me she would call me when my replacements arrived for the two dupes. When I was leaving the store, I saw her throwing my number in the bin. She has no intention of calling or rectifying this matter. The entire premise of this store is misleading and deceptive. They know exactly what is in each box and they are all full of duplicates. There is no chance of getting a secret. This is just a gimmick to get you into their store to buy their over priced junk. stay away from this store and their products. They have no respect for their customers.

Never received the item I ordered

Never received the item I ordered, which was intended to be a birthday gift for a friend. Tracking said my item was delivered. When I emailed them, they provided "proof of delivery" which was actually just a statement saying it was delivered. The day they claim the item was delivered I was home all day. I checked the ring camera and we had no deliveries that day. Liars that steal your money, don't bother!!!!

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel! Wenn man im deutschen Popmart Store bestellt könnte man denken, dass die Produkte auch aus Deutschland verschickt werden…. Dem ist aber nicht so. Die Waren werden aus China verschickt. Inzwischen warte ich seit 41 Tagen! auf die Lieferung meiner Bestellung. Hier werde ich ganz sicher nichts mehr bestellen.

Update: Inzwischen sind es 50 Tage und immer noch nichts! Ich glaub das schon nicht mehr. Schlechter geht es echt nicht!!!

A FUIR !!!

Une politique où nous ne pouvons pas changer d’avis. Je suis revenue le lendemain de l’achat !! Pas de remboursement ni d’avoir possible !
Bien sûr il n’y a pas d’information avant le paiement...
De plus je suis une bonne cliente… et c’est la première fois que je souhaite retourner un produit.
C’est honteux ! A boycotter
Voilà la considération envers le client !!!

Comparez les prix car possibilité de trouver BEAUCOUP moins cher ailleurs !!
Au moins commander sur le site pour avoir droit à un délai de rétractation !

We purchased an item at the Pop Mart at 12 Oaks Mall in Novi. We gave it to our granddaughter for Valentine’s Day. Two days later we returned it as we had an hour and a half drive to get back to 12 Oaks because they would not take the exchange at the Somerset mall. When my granddaughter opened the box, the princess figurine was broken. When my husband attempted to exchange for the exact same item, they would not do an exchange because they said the register doesn’t allow for that. We did not want a refund. We just wanted to exchange it for the exact same item. They would not accommodate us. So now we have an upset child, upset grandparents, a rude manager, who would not accommodate us to just do an even exchange. We will never step foot in the store or do business with this company again and we will tell everyone we know about this poor business experience. Be very careful if you choose to buy anything through this company.

Esperienza pessima e mi sembra una presa in giro. Compro delle blind box in negozio e sono tutti ripetuti .. mi sento dire che li mischiano ed è normale … ma allora la scritta 1/6 è solo una presa in giro . Pessimi . Dopo avere speso un sacco di soldi da loro, smetterò di comprare pop mart.

from start to finish the worst customer…

from start to finish the worst customer and website experience i have had. i haven't received the order at all, as this was sent to the billing address and not the delivery address, despite the account showing the different, the website crashing when purchasing, and communication to the team who did not help, and insisted the order was already ready for shipping only minutes after the order was placed. AWFUL.

Hier bestellen als je graag gescamd wil worden!

Ik ben er weer eens ingetrapt na een bezoek aan de legitieme Pop Mart winkel in Utrecht! Ik had een Space Molly figuur besteld en betaald op deze website, maar ik vond het al raar dat de begunstigde 'Kozhokar Atelier' zou heten in Denver (?). Google toonde mij een Chinese dropshipping site als ik daar op zoek. Overigens kwamen meerdere mailtjes niet aan bij deze site want hun emailadres klopt niet. Na 1,5 week werd ineens mijn bestelling geannuleerd wegens zogenaamd mislukte betaling en of ik maar even opnieuw kan bestellen en betalen. Dit zaakje stinkt, ruft aan alle kanten! Trap er niet in mensen.

Absolutely awful online shopping! DONT PURCHASE ONLINE . Ordered 2 pop mart figures on 02/12/25 delivered with 2 weeks ( Christmas presents ) box was all sealed wrapped up gave as presents opened the figure was broken 😞 emailed them and because it was over the time spam of the receipt they could only exchange which I explained it’s was a Christmas present I excepted and they was going to send another 2 weeks later another email really sorry for delay due to shipment delays then 10 days later they emailed again sorry but completely out of stock 😡still
Waiting on my refund it’s now February 2026 . My advice don’t buy from this company it’s complete shambles….

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, at your Southampton Westquay branch My friend and experienced the most disrespectful member of staff who basically shouted at us today for touching a product, My goodness the way she reacted made it seem like the product was made of gold and not plastic. Maybe teach your staff manners and how to talk to customers. Awful service I will not be purchasing
