Same story here. Ordered march 2022, last contact april 2024, still no product

Been scammed out of several hundred euro's.
Been receiving the same kind of replies from the 'help you from the rain in the drops desk'.
Ordered the slide on march 15th of 2022.

Here under is part of a transcript of eleven months ago.
These are genuine texts and all of the circa 20 or 30 or so emails I've had from them are more or less the same.

Note the part where Heidi says that they are fullfilling new orders first and that that is unfair. Maybe she was hoping that I'd order an extra slide just to have it sooner? Broehahaha

Thank you for your patience. As you may already be aware, it's because of the COVID-19 situation in China that our production took such a big hit, which caused so much delay in the first place. However, we've since moved to a new production site and are now delivering more Slides than ever before, at an even higher rate. People that have been waiting for a long time are finally getting their Slide, and it's only about time until you get yours too, which should be soon as we've recently restocked and begun regular deliveries. It may take a while to fulfill the backlog of all the orders we have, but rest assured, the chapter of delays upon delays is drawing to a close. As soon as we have an update about your order, which should be around mid-June as that's when we're expecting to fulfill the backlog of orders, our specially-assembled delivery fulfillment team will be in immediate contact with you.

but who are you delivering more sldes than ever before to then? What would happen If I order a Slide now? Since the website says it's in Stock and deleivery is expected in three days....

It's true that customers who place new orders nowadays can expect their product to ship within 3 to 10 business days at most, and that it's unfair to customers like you who have been waiting for much longer than that, but we're trying to strike a good balance between accepting and delivering new customers to finance the upgraded and higher-quality parts and to absorb the increase in raw materials for old orders like yours. We want to make sure that everyone gets the same premium Slide, and as I've mentioned, we're expecting a much larger batch of Slides around mid-June to deliver to old customers like you. So it won't be long at all until you finally get your product.

Oke. And that's all and well. But.
Every single time there has been contact about this order, it's been initiated by me. Not once have I had a pro-active message from your company what to expect.
I am really looking forward to recieving the slide and be able to use it, but I 'm afraid I will always have a negative side-emotion with it.

I realise it's probably not something you can do anything substantial about, but since you are at the helpdesk: a tip from me: communicate with your customers. Pro-active. It helps.

Anyway. I will wait another three or four weeks and then I probably will contact you again.

You're completely right that we need to improve our communications, and we're taking the initiative to try to do better. Some customers have rightfully complained about our lack of transparency about the status of the stock, and now you can see when we're in or out of stock when you go to place an order on the new website. It may not seem like it, but we're genuinely listening to all of your feedback and taking it at heart.

We hope to be the ones to contact you with an update first, and I understand why you may always have negative feelings towards the product, we're still excited for you to get it.

If I could give them negative 100

If I could give them negative 100, I would! This company is the biggest scam company since they started slidenjoy. I purchased the kickback back in 2016 and have never gotten what I paid for! Aside from that, it's clearer how they've managed to change their company name a few times now. I hope they get what they deserve.

Scam Portabl

In 2022 Portabl scherm besteld en nooit ontvangen. Ik heb diverse mailtjes liggen met beloftes dat ik 2 maanden later het kon verwachten. Inmiddels krijg ik al geen reactie meer. Ik had de bestelling geplaatst via de eigen website van Portabl. Er stond nergens dat het een kickstarter project was. Mijn eerste klacht was dus al een paar weken na het plaatsen van de order.

Commande toujours pas reçu en 6 ans

Bonjour j'ai fait l'achat d'un double écran dans cette société en faisant une précommande en 2016 et en payant la totalité en 2018 et je n'ai jamais reçu les écrans ni le remboursement que j'ai demandé car je n'ai plus besoin de ces écrans du fait que je suis maintenant à la retraite je pense que c'est de l'arnaque complète, d'autant qu'il répond toujours qu'on doit patienter et ce depuis 6 ans

Nach fast 12 Monaten bin ich dann vom Kauf zurückgetreten, was mir auch bestätigt wurde, und nun warte ich bereits weitere 3 Monate auf die Rückerstattung. Amerikanische Abzocke. Bitte lasst die Finger von deren Angeboten.

Ordered a product in November 2022. Still nothing.

Ordered a product in November 2022. Didn’t receive anything or communication from them. Chased them up every 2 months until November 2023. I kept getting “your in the backlog please wait 2 months”. Had enough and requested a full refund. It’s now April 2024 and I still don’t have my refund and I’ve been chasing them. Policies says 14 days for refund. But there’s a backlog with the finance team too

Une arnaque qui dure depuis près de 2 ans

C'est un gros f*ut*ge de g*eule et une grosse arnaque.
J'ai passé ma commande en décembre 2022. On est avril 2024 et je n'ai rien reçu ma. J'ai écris peut être plus de 10 fois pour réclamer mon remboursement (j'ai même rempli leur formulaire de demande de remboursement, je l'ai signé, scanné et envoyé) mais je reçois à chaque fois des réponses génériques me disant que ma demande est dans les tuyaux. J'aimerais porter plainte mais je ne sais pas vraiment comment faire.

Nombreux échanges et promesses sans aucun résultats. Toujours pas remboursé.
Triste de constater que l'arnaque perdure !
Aucune honte ! Je reçois régulièrement des mails de promotion avec ristourne, sur mail pro !

Produit commandé le 07 novembre 2022, nous sommes le 19 mars 2024 et je n ai toujours pas reçu de date de livraison!!!
J ai demandé l'annulation et le remboursement du double monitor, et là encore ils tardent à me dire quand mon remboursement sera effectué.
Une grande arnaque!! J ai contacté ma banque pour les prévenir que je voulais disputer cet achat. Ma banque est en train de faire le nécessaire pour me rembourser.
En tout cas, c est déplorable de voler les gens comme ça...une honte

Is slidejoy scam operating under a new name? Crazy! I was just on my Kickstarter account and was cleaning up my message when I came across the biggest scam I've ever witnessed personally. I backed this company on Kickstarted in mid-2015, July to be exact under the name of Slidejoy. I was backer number 657 those people not only did not deliver but they kept striking everyone along with emails, videos, and fake production videos on how the product was coming. In 2015 it cost me €338 almost $500 with nothing but empty promises. It appears that they still operate under the name portable, I don't know how but I would suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

J'ai fait une demande de remboursement mais la réponse est fantastique : il faut attendre l'envoi pour qu'ils puissent rembourser.

Mensonges et pratiques frauduleuses

Slidenjoy, Portabl, The Portable Monitor : 3 noms pour une même arnaque !

5 ans d'attente et toujours aucune livraison. Je demande un remboursement depuis janvier 2024, on m'envoie un faux bon de remboursement le 1er mars et l'argent n'arrive tout simplement pas sur mon compte bancaire. Et bien évidemment, selon The Portable Monitor, c'est la faute de ma banque !

Les mensonges se suivent et se ressemblent, on nous dit tout et son contraire, cela fait 5 ans que la commande doit être expédiée sous "deux semaines". Et apparemment, c'est la même chose pour le remboursement...

Ma patience a aujourd'hui atteint son seuil de tolérance et ce matin, j'ai déposé une plainte pour fraude, publicité mensongère, faux et usage de faux à l'encontre de THE PORTABLE MONITOR représentée par son gérant Monsieur Laurent Wéry auprès du pôle Cybercriminalité Financière d'Interpol ainsi qu'auprès du Procureur du Roi de Charleroi.

Je sens bien que je ne reverrai plus jamais mon argent et que je n'aurai jamais le Slide commandé en février 2019, mais il me semble essentiel d'informer autour de moi les acheteurs potentiels avant qu'ils ne rejoignent les centaines de milliers de victimes dont je fais partie.

BUYER BEWARE!!! POTENTIAL SCAM!!!

I ordered this product years ago and every time I ask for an update they just kick the can down the road saying i should get shipping info in a month. the most recent time they just said they don't know when my product that i paid for years ago will arrive to them to be shipped out. Also, it the time I've been dealing with them the company has changed names and websites multiple times. started as Slidenjoy then whent to le slide and now they are going as portabl!?!?!? I'm under the impression that this company is a scam! do not purchase anything from them!!!
