Après avoir lu des articles semblant sérieux sur cette entreprise et leur produit, je n'ai malheureusement pas regardé les avis avant de faire mon achat ...
Commande passée début janvier 2023, jamais livrée, remboursement non effectué plus de deux mois après en avoir fait la demande.
J'engage ce jour les démarches en espérant pouvoir récupérer mon argent (dépôt de plainte, signalement auprès des autorités compétentes afin que d'autres personnes ne se fassent plus avoir)
Ces arnaqueurs répondent rapidement (dans la journée), savent vous faire patienter plus de 2 mois ... et c'est trop tard pour la procédure de cashback (annulation de la transaction bancaire par votre banque).
Et MR Laurent Wéry, CEO de Portabl, pas la peine de me copier/coller votre réponse standard , juste : REMBOURSEZ-MOI !

Ordered screen May 2022. Continual delay excuses. No delivery after close to one year. Requested a refund three months ago and was told that refunds take 7-15 days. Still no refund. Total scam.

SCAM!, avoid or get immediate refund or reverse at bank

For all those waiting for slides ordered from a year ago I wouldn't bother, try to get a refund or join the next class action.

Original backer here from early 2015.... never received anything except ongoing excuses and dangling carrots 'your slide is in the next batch to be shipped'

If the CEO is actually reading these I would like a refund.... plenty of better alternatives on the market now it's been so long

SCAM! Unfulfilled Order

I placed an order in March 2022. My order has not been fulfilled. To add insult to injury, they have started running a promotion (typical scam for them) and they have changed their name to The Portable Monitor.

I posted under their most recent FB post and I was blocked. Beware!!! This company is a SCAM!! Contacting customer support will not help. You will not receive the product.

They are an unethical ponsey scheme.
We ordered in December 2022 almost 8 months to the date we are still being fed elaborately worded emails about how they can’t give us a delivery date but have now started shipping 2 new batches every month so 1 to go old client orders and the other can go to new client orders. aka your money is paying for new clients to receive their stock before you.
They shouldn’t be allowed to trade or ship to Australia they are in breach of all the ACCC guidelines.
They won’t even give a refund

Une escroquerie en bande organisée et je ne dis pas ça à la légère j'ai payé il y a plus d'un an je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande il vous envoie des mails en prétextant des problèmes avec des fournisseurs chinois liés au covid ensuite il vous parle de traitement de remboursement au service qu'il est très mais je vous invite à vous rendre sur leur site internet aller sur leur chat et vous verrez qu'il vous annonceront des délais de livraison entre 7 à 10 jours et qu'ils ont du stock disponible c'est juste une escroquerie organisée il dépense une fortune dans leur marketing et dans leur équipe tout simplement car le prix que vous payez le matériel et 100 % bénéfice pour la société car vous ne recevrez jamais votre produit et si vous trouvez des Avis qui attestent de la réception du produit sachez que c'est simplement des faux avis fuyez cette société ne dépensez pas votre argent pour un produit qui ne vous sera jamais livré faites le test vous verrez et si des personnes attestent avoir reçu leurs produits alors demandez-leur leur mail et leur numéro de téléphone afin de vérifier si c'est vrai vous verrez que tout est organisé pour que vous ne soyez ni livré et que vous ne récupérez pas votre produit

This is SCAM

This is SCAM . I paid in September 2022 and till now have not received neither product nor the promised in March 2023 refund. They take your money and feed you with template emails.
FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE EVER . I got ripped off 700 US $ .
I have all evidence and emails.
If you search further you can find a law company Dewitty and associates who is supposedly filing a legal action against this fraud.
Note that Portabl also operates or has operated under LeSlide, Slide, Slidenjoy, among others. Both Kickstarter and Indiegogo booted Slidenjoy from their platforms for fraud - non-delivery of product (it's easy to find this info doing a Google search). Additionally, it appears they're also operating under myriad other names on Amazon. Be careful of ANY dual display offering like Portabl's - because it is very likely made by the same people behind Portabl.

Incredible Scam

I placed my order in May 2022 and since then I am still waiting for either product delivery or my money back.
After endless exchanges, lies and fruitless enquiries I am finally giving up and accepting that I lost the money.

I only want to make sure that nobody else makes the same mistake, I wish I had check this sooner.

I reached out to my credit card provider and they didn't help either. I hope that at least they put these guys on a black list or similar.

PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THEIR LIES. DON'T BUY!

Don't listen to their lies and contact your bank to get your money back

To get an idea how this scamers are not even engaging with their customers, they will fed me with that canned answer stating "I hope this will be forgotten upon receiving your Slide".

1) I asked for a refund, and of course, I did not get it :-)
2) I got my money back through my bank (N26 and it must be within 120 days after ordering. Oh, and I needed technical inspiration to compile in pdf the whole conversation in a readable and non cropped format, of how you failed to deliver the product or refund, in order to have the process of returning accepted)

"Our company is not a scam." Oh, really?! Then if try to order from your webside, and if terminate the transaction, then why are you sending me emails of pushing me to complete my order, when you do know that you will not deliver?

I know you will not asnwer to this, apart from the same old broken record, and your stuff Peace Akpan, Micel Buesto and whoever the heck are in that nest will answer only silly stuff on the emails. Like I've said it before no engaging at all with your custom... I mean victims.

So if I don't get an answer, maybe you dear reader will not order from here. Or if you ordered, I hope you will get your money back.

Still waiting for my order from 2018

Still waiting for my order from 2018, they have been Le Slide, YourSlide, Portabl and The Portable Monitor... I really don't care what you call yourself anymore, at this point I just want what I paid for delivered to me, or my money back so at least I can make some kind of ROI thanks to my exchange rates.
Communication has been spotty, only when I engage them, usually about a year apart when I remember that I still haven't received my order.
Gave an ultimatum today, deliver in one month or refund me and Heidi as assured me that she will let her superiors know.

They also love to disable the comments on their YouTube videos to avoid being called out.

Just adding for numbers and align on…

Just adding for numbers and align on fraud and ripping people and companies on money. Ordered in Nov 2022 and communication after that the general mumbo-jumbo on delays, new facilities, shipping problems etc. Interesting info in the threads that the company have changed name/costume over the years as well.

Expensive learning route on Internet scams!
