Portable Offices (Hire) Limited Opiniões

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From start to finish, the team was thoroughly professional, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. Communication was excellent across every channel – whether by email, phone, or face to face – and nothing was ever too much trouble. They offered thoughtful ideas, delivered high-quality workmanship and design, and always kept everything tidy and clean throughout the process. Every member of staff we encountered was excellent, but particular thanks go to Phillipa and Laura, who were incredibly effective as our main points of contact. Their attention to detail and commitment made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Omar was excellent from the start to finish - explained everything and even when there was a slight hiccup it was addressed immediately. The site visit was also helpful and conducted very professionally to make sure everything was smooth during delivery.

Excellent service and product, simple hassle free process, onsite survey was done and then product delivered. 5 star service

From start to finish, excellent communication, very professional and the cabins look great.

Great Service from Jenny at Portable offices from initial contact to delivery of the portable office. The product looks to be of good quality

We recently purchased a portable office and found the process quite straightforward. What questions we had during the process were answered promptly , the support during the purchase we found helpful and professional. The team on the ground were clearly well equipped to handle our relatively simple installation and clearly had a wide knowledge of how to deliver the product safely and calmly. Finally and most important we are very happy with the product provided which should improve our own ability to provide a quality service.

I’ve been chatting with Portable Offices (Hire) Limited over the past few weeks, and honestly, they’ve been incredible. From the very first bit of correspondence to planning options, it’s been smooth sailing.

It’s clear they take pride in their work — customers rave about their attention to detail, excellent communication, and getting things just right for each project. They’ve got top ISO accreditation (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), and that shows in how organised and reliable they are.

A massive shout‑out to Jen — she’s been consistently amazing! Friendly, helpful, and always quick to answer my questions. She’s made me feel confident and well-supported during planning, and that personal touch really stands out.

I haven’t received the unit yet, but everything up to now has exceeded my expectations. Every person I’ve spoken to has been genuinely helpful and professional.

What really stuck with me:
Super personal support — especially from Jen who made the whole process feel effortless.

Professional and friendly team praised in reviews for their clear communication and flexible approach.

A forward-thinking company with strong quality and sustainability credentials via ISO certifications.

In short: Portable Offices feels like a company that truly cares about its customers. With people like Jen on the team, you can tell they're all about making things easy and getting things right. I’m excited to see the finished product — based on how things have been going, I’m confident it’ll more than deliver!

Craig at the offices was extremely helpful and gave great advice throughout the process.
The two drivers for our two cabins were polite, and in my option went above and beyond on placing the cabins not only in the position we wanted but to level them out and make sure they were straight. Nothing was too much bother. Amazing.

Katie was a star, made the process simple even with my changes and awkward requests shes an asset to this company and the cabins themself are fantastic
Delivery was on time will use in future

Katie and the whole team at Deeside are brilliant, the set up there is very professional and welcoming.
The additional works we requested at Dandys Topsoil & landscape Supplies to the unit we selected from their stock of portable offices was brilliant and the delivery team came to site to understand what we wanted to achieve, then delivery was made and they followed up to check we were 100% happy! 1st class service from a 1st class company. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
