Disappointing Experience with Portugal Surf Campers: Poor Communication and Unprofessional Service
Hello everyone,I want to share my disappointing experience with Portugal Surf Campers. I had booked a camper for the holidays well in advance, and the company immediately pre-authorized a significant amount on my credit card. So far, so good, but the problems started shortly after.Without any notice or explanation, my booking was canceled. The pre-authorized amount was refunded, but I did not receive any communication or explanation from them. I tried to contact them several times, both by phone and through WhatsApp, but I never got a response. Every attempt to clarify the situation was ignored.I find this behavior extremely unprofessional. The lack of communication and the fact that they never responded to my messages left me frustrated and with a sense of uncertainty. It is unacceptable for a rental company to treat customers this way, especially when significant amounts of money and travel plans depend on their confirmations.I hope that Portugal Surf Campers seriously considers constructive criticism from customers and improves their customer service.
