Wonderful villa with awful road to it
The villa was wonderful, clean with breath taking views over Albanian mountains and the lagoon and sea across. The swimming pool was cold and needed cleaned and was attended to on our last day which was sunny.
Beds were very comfortable and so were the sheets. All bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms.
Sunrise from the villa is wonderful.
The side road to the villa is really bad with potholes and no tarmac so be careful.
Better direction to the villa with pictures of landmarks would be helpful.
There was no water, milk or salt/ oil on arrival. Basics to set us up would have been useful.
Also sign posting to shops close by and a map showing this would be useful.
Places to visit and restaurants recommendations would have been useful.

Your comments regarding the access road are noted, and we will make sure future guests are advised more clearly. The property is self-catering; therefore, the mentioned items are not included. However, we understand that these can be helpful after arrival and we will consider your suggestion. We will also work on improving the information such as directions, nearby shop and restaurant details shared with guests prior to arrival.

The website is easy to navigate and the purchasing process went smoothly. I asked for additional information through the chatbot and received a quick response. The chatbot forwarded my request to the service center, and I received an email reply the next morning. Then I had a question and I sent an email and got a quick reply back. Bait and Switch
Bait and Switch. I booked the heavily advertised Tuscan Castle Experience in July of 2025. Reservation was paid for and my stay was noted as "confirmed" in the voucher I received within one day. Fast forward to February 2026, two months prior to the trip, and I receive an email purporting to move my stay to a location over an hour away, no restaurant on site, middle of nowhere. I try to check the property but the link is broken. Posarelli claims they didn't know that they did not have availability for my stay when i booked it. Of course its their obligation to know. As a result of their mistake, without informing me of the mistake, and without consulting me or asking me, they decided to send me to a completely different type of property (not a castle, no services, more like an airbnb) and suggested i should be happy about it. They refuse to call despite promises to do so, and they suggest i should make an international long-distance call if I really want to talk to them. As far as i can tell, they heavily advertise the Tuscan Castle and then move people to underperforming properties.

We understand your disappointment and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.
The booking was not made with PosarelliVillas, but was part of a complete travel package (accommodation, flights, car hire, etc.) sold by an American agency operating through an Italian representative. We are therefore not aware of the contractual terms, pricing, or package details, and any related complaints should have been addressed to that agency.
The booking was cancelled by the property. Despite this, we promptly offered re-accommodation at alternative properties of an equivalent or higher standard in nearby areas, or at the Castle on alternative dates, covering all additional costs, even though we receive a fixed amount per booking from the American agency.
We regret the inconvenience caused and believe that our actions demonstrate the care, flexibility, and support we strive to provide. We therefore hope this clarification helps place the situation in its proper context.

Inaccurate description of villa
Posarelli did not tell the truth about our villa. We booked Villa Narkive for 2 weeks. Posarelli’s online information said there was air conditioning “in every area”. Since air conditioning was a crucial feature for us, I asked for confirmation by email and Posarelli confirmed that there was air conditioning in all bedrooms. In fact, there was only 1 air conditioner in the 3- room villa and it was in the kitchen/livingroom. When we complained, Posarelli claimed no responsibility for the accuracy of particulars. They wrote: “ We list all information exactly as it is given to us by the property supplier…and cannot be held responsible for any changes we have not been informed of.” Posarelli also supplied incorrect information about exact location and name of villa, so it was difficult to find it on arrival. Villa Narkive was known locally as Villa Antonietta: that is the name on the villa gates.

The descriptions of all properties are provided in good faith. Posarelli cannot be held responsible for any changes made by the property owner without prior notice to us.
All information listed was provided exactly as received from the property supplier, and we have no interest in offering misleading details. That being said, both the property supplier and the property manager have confirmed that the AC with two split units—also functioning as heaters—together with the additional extra heaters provided, are fully sufficient to heat the 95 sqm property, especially considering the mild local temperatures during your stay, which ranged from 12° to 21°C.
The GPS coordinates provided in the Voucher lead directly to the property.
