Being my first experience there just a few adjustments that were needed and my Sale Director was very responsive in addressing my needs. We will definitely be using this service in the future and look forward to doing so.

I had some reservations at first because our service is based around privacy law and complete confidentiality.

During the onboarding process however, I received personalised service and support and regular communications until we were completely happy to handover all of our inbound calls to Posh.

Fast forward 6 months and I have no cause to complain at all. Scripts are followed professionally and the receptionists are professional enough to handle any ad hoc situations.

I have used several call centre/ virtual receptionists over the last 15 years and POSH stand out for us as the best by far.

The app is also convenient and easy to use.

Price wise, I think it is fair. Again I wasnt really sure about the price brackets and structures but our monthly spend compares favourably with other 'similar' services and is within the range we are happy with.

So far so good! We own a domiciliary care agency. We love they way we are notified about a customer/ carer call through the Posh App. It’s great not to be woken up in the early hours by queries that could wait until office hours. Posh allow us to concentrate on proper emergencies out of hours. I recommended the service to my husband who now use them for his chauffeur business.

I had no issues, setup was simple, receptionist were bilingual English/Spanish perfect for my customer base.

What a disappointment! What we were led to believe would cost $114 a month ended up being $600 a month! For a one person office that's quite ridiculous and completely unaffordable. We were also told that we would have an account manager who would be our direct contact. Very much not the case. In fact, we never heard from that person again and dealt with multiple people. A service of this type should have account managers to moniter usage and provide guidance initially.

lost TENS OF THOUSANDS in calls and advertising dollars. DEAD AIR. They can not answer google calls. They can not answer Microsoft Teams phone networks. Requested immediate action to fix issues yet there was no response for 1 week.

Easy to set up and work with. The detailed messages let us filter out the spam / un-important phone calls and focus our efforts on the ones that needed our attention.

Would love to see an easier way to configure the call flow without having to go through the support team.
