Our agency trusted another virtual receptionist company for years. Each year the disappointment grew to a point it was affecting our business.

The over billing for spam calls, security breaches, and their technology was not up to par.

We began speaking with Sarina, and the rest was history. I have received compliments on how people are impressed with our new receptionist, and you can feel the energy.

You would think they are inside of your building the way they handle the calls coming to our office.

I worked closely with Kelsey Smith during the setup and onboarding process. She was transparent, helpful, and followed up in timely professional manner. She has been terrific to work with. Our experience using the Posh service has been really good. The workflows and scripting is working as planned and callers are having a good experience. We are very pleased with our choice to trust Posh.

Love them so far. I really needed a new phone service quickly when my last company changed their programming. In two days total, I was not only enrolled with them but they were also servicing my clients well. Their app is great and my sales rep Pamela rocks!! She was so understanding when I told her I needed this service to start quickly because my former service changed its system. All team members of Posh have been very helpful to me as well!! I have called and used their app to make changes to my account and everything was a breeze. So nice!! I do wish they had one more option for monthly minutes on the phone in their packaging because it jumps in price from one of their packages to the next pretty steep, especially for a small business. My eyes bugged out a little when I saw the price jump, but that would be my only thing. Overall, their service is really what shines and I appreciate that very much. Thanks!

Posh has professionalized my small firm. They have been great to work with. I love their app where I can change my status from accepting calls to not accepting calls. They made the sign up process very easy. Loving the experience.

Sarina was fabulous. From start to finish, she was responsive and provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision. After I decided to move forward she diligently designed a custom call flow for our law firm. This was a great experience.

I run an apartment rental company and we use Posh to help answer our phones. They have been nothing short of fantastic! Everyone that speaks with a Posh receptionist has told us how polite and professional they are. Their service is excellent and well worth the money!

I am very happy with Posh. The only reason there is one star missing in my review, is because their agents are still working out the hiccups when consistently following my instructions/requests. There are a few agents who sometimes don't follow my call instructions. HOWEVER, Posh has the best customer service, hands down. Any time there is an issue, they truly seem encouraged to resolve it and get better. They are also quick to reimburse when mistakes are made. That is hard to find with a reception company. I think that if the same agents are left on my account, and they learn how I want my calls handled, this will be the best reception company out there. It all starts with customer service, so Posh is well on its way.

(And to be fair, my call instructions are very specific and probably more complicated than most clients')

Some messages that come through have just the contact information. There is nothing about what Posh and the caller talked about.

for the most part the bumps are gone an occasional one arises and we report and it gets resolved. I have recommended you to many other Home Instead owners in the last year since we came on board with you.
