Joined as part of a promotion.
I initially enjoyed the experience, however once I started to sell things it all went downhill. I recently sold some trousers and instead of asking me to verify my identity before, they asked it of me just after I’d sold the items, meaning I couldn’t send them until it was done. But because it was only meant to take 24/48hours, I submitted it. Baring in mind you’re meant to ship your order within 3days. I’ve been waiting since last Thursday. I’ve emailed their ‘support’ team and nothing has happened. I can’t access the postage details to sell my item because my verification is STILL in progress. This is making me look bad as a seller. It’s really disappointing and it’s put me off of the app completely, I genuinely don’t think they have anyone working their customer service team.

Can't use it despite being in the UK. My county is simply not listed and my post code it states is therefore not valid.

I've just placed a couple of orders through them. Was looking forward to them until I've just seen there are 0 real reviews lol. Will update if and when my items come 🫴

Very excited to help Poshmark expand into a new international market. It is an excellent platform for contributing to sustainability through the reselling and repurposing of used wares and products.

I have really enjoyed selling on Poshmark, it feels like a high end environment.

Editing my original review to express how awful Poshmark UK have been. They have closed their UK operations after less than one year of opening, with absolutely zero promotion or advertising, no strategy, no nothing. It's a slap in the face. Many sellers dedicated time to the platform to aid its growth and development only to have it thrown back in their faces with zero effort or care from Poshmark, giving sellers very little notice. Highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. What a waste of time and energy - good riddance.

I have been used poshmark in the US to sell and buy pre=loved things. I'm glad it launches in the UK! The app is very user friendly and easy to use. The poshmark team is great and keeps everything well maintained. I recommend to use this app to sell and buy a wide range of pre-loved items!

I've been a Poshmark buyer and seller for many years in the US and am beyond happy it's come to the UK. It is definitely the most user-friendly app of its kind and the community they've built is lovely to be a part of. I've rarely had issues as a buyer or seller on the app, but when it has happened, the Poshmark team has always stepped in and resolved the issue quickly nad efficiently. Can't say enough good things!

I have used Poshmark in the USA for many years, and I am very excited that it is now available in the UK. The app runs smoothly and if there are any hiccups, the support team is helpful and quick to respond. The user community is friendly and supportive. This is a great way to buy and resell clothing and accessories!

Really impressed with the Beta version of Poshmark that i'm very grateful to be apart of. The customer service from the staff is amazing, the app is very easy to use and it's an excellent site for buying and selling! Would highly recommend!
