i am feeling very sad to write the review about the this business , i usually support the businesses but particular this bottlePos i had really really worse experience from very beginning the day i bought the system , Will thomas is our salesman This is man never answer the calls neither return the calls , i have bought two Pos from them and it cost me $2500.00 and now i am struggling to get the support , Riccardo is our customer relation Success manager He is the worst person i ever dealt with ,he would never have a time for you even we are paying $199.99 for the monthly support , we went live i think on 10/17/2024 and ever since we have been given a worst of worst experience from this company .They have a worse communication between their departments . Ever since we went live on this system we are having a inventory problems , scanning problems , finding items , frizzing up randomly two to three times in a day and For reaching out to support you have to wait very long or call three to four times or even longer than that .
they are lack of knowledge , worse customer service . i just called a merchant services because my gross credit card sales and their payouts doesn't match (i mean in last 20 days every single day gross credit card sale report doesn't match with the merchant account.
(I THINK I DOUBTED THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS ARE REAL BECAUSE THE EXPERIENCE I GOT IS UNREAL OR THEY HAVE GOT PAID FOR TO LEAVE POSITIVE REVIEW SO THEY CAN ATTRACT MORE CUSTOMERS )

Beware of BottlePos & POSNation
I am deeply dissatisfied with BottlePos and POSnation. While the POS system itself is quite effective, the customer service and management are very poor. When I signed up, I was promised numerous features, yet nearly three years later, I still cannot utilize the loyalty program or properly implement the multi-bottle discount due to improper setup.
Throughout the past three years, I have sent multiple emails to management without receiving a single response from my customer success account manager. For the last year, I have repeatedly called the customer service team and was consistently instructed to leave suggestions for the development team.
I was assured that an app for a side credit card terminal would be available, but now I am being told it will incur an additional charge of $100 per month. This is absurd, as it should be included in the monthly service fees, yet they want to charge extra for it.
I recently signed up for a gift card program but am unable to use it because BottlePos is counting both the gift card and its redemption as part of gross sales, effectively doubling the gross sales for all gift card transactions. What a flawed system!
Beware of their empty promises. The sales team can be quite deceptive. I am considering switching to another system, but the hassle involved is making me feel trapped with this POS system for now.

Don was extremely helpful, and took the time to assist me with my questions. By the end of it he was able to resolve my issues I presented him. I highly recommend if your ever in need of assistance with Comcash to give them a call.
