Fixed more than I asked for...

Paul helped me with a printing issue I called about and fixed a few other things in the settings that he noticed as we were testing the print. Thanks for the fast, friendly and extra customer service!

Hit or Miss on Customer Service
First representative said that a certain function could no longer be done in POS system. Next morning a different representative said it might be able to be done. Reached out to another representative who was able to solve our problem.

They have the worst business practice…

They have the worst business practice in place, bought a system 2 years ago and always an issue from slow system to shutting down randomly during customer transactions. Went on for two years, then told that CAP Retail was not for my type of business, they convinced me to get another software called Market POS. This was a nightmare!!!. The Customer Success Manager was incompetent and did not do his due diligence in completing all the back end modifications such as payment processing, inventory transfer, checking to make sure software was downloaded properly and all the quirks that come along with adding a new software. My system is charging customers more for what products cost which is unfair business practice, taxing grocery item and not taxing taxable items. Furthermore, my EBT is not accepting customers, nor is it set-up correctly and THIS IS ONE WHOLE WEEK my FUNDS HAVE NOT BEEN DEPOSITED INTO MY ACCOUNT. Every day I am not the phone for 4-5 hours with tech support discovering a new issue. To date, no one has called me back after I requested escalation to management. Tech keeps telling me my Customer Success Manager was suppose to handle the many tasks that they are trying to trouble shoot for me. I am calling daily both morning and evening to get a hold of someone and I am constantly told that someone will call me back. NO ONE CARES that my business is losing income and customer due to POS NATION incompetencies as a company hiring employees who are neither equipped nor knowledgeable in any given area of their business. If this so how the senior leadership expect to gain traction in the industry then their business model is definately one that has not been test nor should be trusted. My advice is to NEVER USE POS NATION. Go with another company like Clover, I am still waiting for my system to be fully functional and I am open for business, public company with a customer based that utilizes EBT and need correct pricing not the version of DUAL PRICING that actually erroneously displays another price for an item when my price is much less for that item, I AM LOSING MY CUSTOMER DUE TO POS NATION - BE AWARE and DO NOT GET CONNED INTO THIER UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE. You will only expect to have your heart impacted during the process. Again over a week and no progress nor NO RETURN CALLS AS PROMISED BY ALL!!!!!

Sooraj Balasubramaniyan was extremely helpful, very simply solving a print queue problem that was vexing myself and many POSNation install and support people. I believe his success was very simply due to his willingness to slow down and observe how we use the queue. From there, it was easy for him to see that the problem was with the user. My gratitude is huge to him for his patience. This will save our staff many many hours of work.

Your technician Arend White was absolutely amazing!
Not only were we able to call him and he helped us resolve our issue but we called him on Sunday and it was late afternoon and he still was able to resolve our issue! We give Arend White a 5-Star!!! This guy deserves a raise!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!!

Great support from Sooraj with POS Nation

Contacted POS Nation support to restore the configuration for an RMA'd Comcash workstation hard drive. Worked with tech support agent Sooraj Balasubramaniyan.

Sooraj was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He provided excellent support every step of the way during the long setup process, and by the end of our call the workstation was fully configured (including all attached peripherals) and ready to use. As a bonus, he also fixed an unrelated receipt printing issue for one of our other Comcash workstations that had gone unresolved for months.
