Honestly one of the best customer service calls I’ve been on in recent memory. Sooraj was patient, communicated so clearly and super helpful. I didn’t feel rushed and felt very heard and supported and understood. I have a great foundation to better use the software and also feel confident if we have any additional questions, we could call Sooraj and colleagues for help. Thank you!

Please, do not use this POS
Any new business owners out there must stay away like what other reviews are saying. I ordered the POS system, and it was okay when I used it. At least, it worked for a few weeks until I kept having receipt problems. It will happen once or twice during most days, and there is no way I could reprint the previous receipt to my customer after ringing up the next customer. My old POS was even better than this. I am incredibly disappointed. I invested $2,000 on this, and it failed to work well. Sadly, Conner was no longer working who was the person that helped me with this. I will probably cancel this for the next few months, and I hope it will because there were issues concerning how customer service does not update their customer very well. This will be the most arduous journey I have ever faced so far.

DO NOT USE POS NATION!!!!! Never-ending issues without resolution
If you are a small or medium-sized business looking for a POS, please stay far away from POS Nation!!!!!!!! I repeat stay away. For your own financial and mental well-being, please stay away from POS NATION!!!!!!!
If I could select 0 stars, I would but 1 star is the minimum available. Staff members are often rude and 95% of the tech support I speak with have no clue how to resolve day-to-day concerns which they are supposedly trained for. One thing that frustrates me is the fact that there is no chain of command. Management refuses to talk with you when you are on the phone and when you do get to speak with them, you must schedule a meeting. And you would think that’s the worst part, but it isn’t. They can cancel and reschedule the meeting for any time that is CONVENIENT TO THEM. It all starts from the top down. If you ever speak with any of these staff members: Connor, Cerrin, Joshua (who is no longer with them), Ryan, Eliza, Amar, Paris, and Will, you will no doubt be given false information at some point in the interaction. They will tell you one thing and before you know it, the details change and you are told, “It is their policy”.
There is no transparency when dealing with POS Nation. You NEVER, and I mean literally, NEVER receive an update on any of your issues. If a member of staff that you were in contact with leaves the company or goes out of the office, you would think their manager or someone from the team would update you. Well, think again, YOU as the customer must be the one to call in and only then you are told that the person you are calling about is unavailable. No one accepts responsibility or even apologizes for all the issues you are facing. The managers are not transparent or even a tad bit customer-friendly. They always resort to blaming you as the customer.
You will see and hear comments about how they have boosted their staffing with more agents. You will find that it is the typical case of “quantity over quality”. I’ve not had the privilege of talking to any of these “knowledgeable and capable representatives”. Software is incomplete, it is as though you are a BETA TESTER for their system. You will be given numerous promises on incoming updates which you will never see. Updates are at the bare minimum and will take place without any notice.
I have had them for 9 months and believe me when I say, I have given them plenty of opportunity to remedy several of my concerns. Both hardware and software problems. My concerns are too many to provide in this review. POS Nation may reply saying this is a rant, but I assure you that this is simply a public announcement because no one told me what to expect from them. I have emails upon emails of problems without resolution. It is simply frustrating and mentally draining to deal with POS Nation.
We converted to POS Nation in October…
We converted to POS Nation in October of 2023. The POS for the cashiers works really well. However, the admin side has issues. If you have account receivables this system is not easy to use. They are several issues with it that affect the customer that we have not been able to get resolved. We have started a couple of cases in September and have yet to receive any update via phone or email. Needless to say we have been very frustrated.
