Ongoing issues for over 2 years
Back to same issue of not being able to do cash reconciliation. Waiting for Kevin to fix. Sent email and called as well. Just waiting..
Updates are pushed without informing customers .. the entire sales team has disappeared after selling the software. 2 years of ongoing issues..

Stay away from POS Nation
System is clunky. Not user friendly. Customer service is really bad. Account rep is hard to get a meeting with (have to book a week in advance) and can't get tech support on the phone. Doesn’t integrate with QB Online, even though I was told it would. Hardware is cheap and credit card terminal doesn’t function properly (for example, the tap feature never works for CC transactions). Sales reports are not refined enough, they spit out as long chains of unpolished data in CSV format. The entire team is a bit wormy and won't give you a straight answer when you finally ask to cancel.

Visualizing my 5 Pos systems ($6000 value) being tossed in our dumpster.
Starting in 2017 we purchased 5 Restaurant Pro Express systems for our food concessions. We happily got through the programing and set up and we were on our way. All was going well. Sadly we were shut down for 3 years during covid and now that we are ready to re-open we are told that they don't support our system. They have been sold and the tech support is only available by paying up front for a year. I spoke to Carter who forwarded me to Richard who had Derek contact me and tell me that Natasha would be calling me to connect me with a tech support company that could help us get back up and running. Nothing again. All this back and forth has taken over a week of calling and waiting for return calls. Monday I will begin my search for another company. Such a disappointment
