Defo not a genuine company, 6 days no response, seems they throw on a few fake 5 star reviews when they get too many 1 stars lol, in the process of getting my money refunded by my bank, Stay away from these guys.

PLEASE HELP IVE BEEN ROBBED!
*please refrain from using the company or website because they don't reply to emails and I ended up ordering twice and received nothing* it's been over 3 weeks and I have made a total of 6 to 7 emails I have received nothing. They don't have another way to contact them. Im just wondering how many people this happened too.

Avoid- no item, no refund, and rude, does not respond to emails
Avoid !!! Placed order no item arrived been a week now, emailed and got no response now have opened a claim with PayPal.
Edit - have just been informed by PayPal that they will be terminating this disgraceful sellers account due to the sellers rudeness and behaviour! As it goes against PayPal policy
Edit - Have been blacklisted by the sham of a company and accused of making threats which have never been made for asking for a tracking number.
You simply only need to read the response to the review to see what an absolute shat show this company is and they’re claiming I’ve lied about them? They’re scammers and have still not provided my item or a tracking number. Absolutely disgraceful. The comedy gold part is them blacklisting me from using their site again as if I would after they have scammed me 🤣 really !!!
Edit - There’s been no tracking number updated to PayPal still no response to my email. Claim has been escalated by PayPal now due to still having no response from the lying sellers ! More than happy to provide proof as I have it

We are sorry to hear your dissatisfaction, we are a NHS pharmacy that have been operating in retail pharmacy and now online for over 10 years. We have served our East Leeds community for many years and now serving our online patients and have delivered thousands of medications to many satisfied patients.
We submitted yesterday to pay pal your Tracking number and other information from Royal Mail in relation to the package that was signed for. We are currently discussing with management & pharmacists to submit your tracking number on here along along with other information we have from Royal Mail in proving our side.
Our hard working NHS staff and pharmacists will not be lied about or submit to threats of bad reviews because a refund wasn't successfully claimed by one customer.

It's been over 2 weeks since I ordered
It's been over 2 weeks since I ordered, yet I am still waiting.
Communication is poor, not answering emails either.
Fed up of waiting
Fed up of being ignored.
