Disappoint to a Restart of Subscription
Decided to restart my Guide Box Subscription since I received an email that the owner bought the company back and they gave a first box box discount code. Disappointed. The box I received was the same box I got last year - everything sticker, flies and all the goodies. I think they sent me a garage sale box instead.

There Flys are cheaply made and fall apart after one catch the tools are pretty much useless or at least the ones I got were/ shipping takes forever/ and if you forget to cancel the damn subscription theres no way to refund the order and contacting them is beyond impossible worst experience I've ever had with a fishing company.
Save your money
Save your money! They are not the same company as a couple of years agom Phone number is also disconnected that is posted on their website. Finally got someone to respond via email. They never fixed their mistake. Will be contacting credit card company next for assistance.
Did a 3 month subscription as a gift. They sent 2 of the exact same box at 1 time which was missing items. Support said we will fix the error by sending a new box in the higher subscription level. They sent 2 more of the exact same boxes missing even more items.
Love It.
I was gifted a subscription by daughter. Love it. I contacted them to switch from a trout box to a saltwater box and they were super quick to respond and gladly changed my box!

Absolute TRASH Company
Absolute TRASH Company. They do not respond to emails. If you feel like giving money away. and not receiving anything for it. This is who you use. In my honest opinion the BBB should look into them. They are nothing more than thieves.
Don’t buy this garbage
Garbage took my money and never sent my box out my cousin ordered one 2 weeks after I did and mine never showed up but he got his post fly has terrible customer service and is trash at their job

Missing box and gear in boxes
I did the regular subscription and in my first box never received the trout unlimited subscription, and every box after that never received my boss gear, I then ended my subscription due to my last box never showing up and being unable to track it because they sent me a link to a foreign package tracker. I then sent an email and they responded but never resolved any of the issues.
I do not recommend this company
I do not recommend this company. The communication is not there. Had issues with my purchases. Emailed them. Got a couple responses never saw what they said they were going to do I missed a boxing may never received that. I’ve emailed them several times and there’s not been one response.
After a little technical difficulties…
After a little technical difficulties they were having they were able to reach back out to me and made things right! I had ordered the first cast rod and reel combo! I was missing my rod case and my clear cut nippers! They sent me my clear cut nippers and even an extra rod with a case since they don’t have extra cases sitting around! Thank you guys at postfly for making things right and having such a great program!
